Strictly no parties, events, gatherings, schoolies, hens or bucks nights.

No loud music at night, no antisocial behaviour, and no more people on the property than booked.

Immediate cancellation may occur with no refund if rules are broken, and costs may be passed on for security.

Please do not move large furniture within the house.
