This 1,000 sq.ft. private suite offers a comfortable and practical space for your stay. It features one bedroom with two twin beds, a spacious living area filled with natural light, two full-size workstations, and access to a fully equipped kitchen to meet your everyday needs.

We are nestled in a quiet, family-friendly neighbourhood aim to host guests looking for a peaceful retreat and a comfortable and convenient home away from home.

Bedroom: Features two twin beds dressed in luxurious 100% cotton linens and a custom closet for ample storage.

Bathroom: Walk-in shower with plush spa towels, shampoo, conditioner, body wash, body lotion, and hairdryer provided.

Living Room: Stay entertained with high-speed WiFi and a 55” flat-screen smart TV - HDMI cable provided. Two full-size work stations with office chairs. A twin floor mattress can be set up here for a third guest.

Ideal for guests with a car or those using Uber. Enjoy free street parking in a quiet, safe neighborhood.
Public transit is also available—just a 12-minute walk to the nearest bus stop, which offers a direct route to the Canada Line SkyTrain at Aberdeen Centre Station.

Due to the two-level layout, the suite may not be suitable for guests who have difficulty navigating stairs.

Potential noise disturbances include occasional airplanes due to proximity to YVR, occasional use of the family garage adjacent to the suite. We do our best to minimize disruptions. Earplugs are provided.

Exterior security cameras are installed on the property for safety and compliance with house rules.

No Shoes Indoors: Shoes must be removed upon entry.

No unregistered visitors without prior approval. Parties, gatherings, or events are strictly prohibited.

Quiet Hours: 11:00 PM to 7:00 AM. Please be respectful of neighbours at all times.

No Smoking: Smoking of any kind (including vaping) is strictly prohibited anywhere on the property. Any evidence of smoking will result in a $300 fine.

No pets allowed. This is strictly enforced. Exterior cameras monitor entry points for compliance. Pet policy violation fee: $300.

Keep the property clean and tidy: Dispose of trash properly. Wash and put away dishes after use. Leave the property in a tidy condition at check-out. Any report of unwashed dishes upon check out will result in a $50 fee. Additional cleaning beyond normal use may incur extra charges.
