A Great Stay in Duck Key

The home was a beautiful place to stay with three bedrooms, a spacious living room, and a beautiful sun room with a view of water and dock. If we go back to the Keys again, this is where we would stay.

Half the lights in the kitchen were burnt out so you were cooking in partial darkness, bathroom with the tub shower was so slick and it was like standing on a sheet of ice severe risk of falling, bathroom fan in standup shower was so loud it sounded like a jet engine taking off.

Thank you for your feedback—we’re really sorry to hear about these issues during your stay. That’s definitely not the experience we want for our guests. We wish we had known while you were there, as we would have gladly addressed these concerns right away—things like replacing light bulbs, checking the fan, and providing a solution for the tub surface can typically be resolved very quickly. Your comments are truly appreciated and have been shared with our team so we can make these improvements for future guests. We hope you’ll consider staying with us again so we can provide the much better experience you deserve.
