Willkommen in Sutton. Wir sind ein Haus mit 4 Schlafzimmern und 2 Bädern in der Nähe des Lake Powell, der Antilopenschlucht, der Hufeisenschlaufe und des Grand Canyon in Page Arizona. The home was clean and comfortable. We were actually surprised at the comfort of the beds. Plenty of parking for our two trucks and two boats. There was a laundry with some laundry pods which was extremely helpful! We had 4 adults and 6 children and there were plenty of beds for all. We would use this home again on our next trip!

We enjoyed our stay and this house was perfect for our trip. It was clean and the beds were very comfortable. Anything we needed or might need was available. The communication with the host was easy and he responded quickly. We were there for a car show and the parking was perfect for too “old” cars. The owner found us at the show and introduced herself and asked how everything was going. Super friendly. Will definitely do this again! Thanks Josh!

Very close to Antelope Canyon and Horseshoe Bend. House had a nice TV in the living room and a good washer/dryer. Having two bathrooms was a big plus. Also close to restaurants and stores.

Nice place

The place is clean , well furnished and easy to locate. It’s got everything we need. Closer to parks in Northern Az and Southern Utah. We will definitely stay again and would highly recommend.

Clean, Comfortable, Great Location!

This was a very nice house that suited our needs perfectly. We were on a house boating trip and this was a perfect location for Lake Powell, restaurants and shopping for our trip. We had eight people and there was plenty of room. We will be back to Lake Powell and would definitely stay here again.

Adequate home in good location

House is spacious and adequate for a family. Plenty of space. Kitchen is well equipped. Host is readily available and responsive to needs. He quickly replaced damaged pots and pans during our stay and was open to a later check out when we first thought we might need one. It is an older house that could benefit from a deeper cleaning at some intervals between multiple rentals.

Joshua was a fantastic person to deal with - answering any questions, gave recommendations and let us have an early check in. The house is clean, tidy and very spacious. It has a very well-equipped kitchen and even bathroom supplies for guests to use. The beds were extremely comfortable and the air-conditioning was also great to have. It was very convenient to have wi-fi included. It was perfect to have place where we could do a spot of laundry too. The photos don't do this little gem justice! I would recommend anyone wanting to stay at "home away from home" to definitely stay here! Thanks Joshua - if we are ever back in the area again, we'd love to stay again. Cheers, Kylie.
