The Space:
Welcome to this luxurious retreat, where comfort and convenience come together in perfect harmony. The two spacious bedrooms, each with its own ensuite bathroom, provide the ultimate in privacy and relaxation. The modern kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need to prepare delicious meals, and the open-plan living area features a dining room table perfect for sharing meals and making memories with loved ones. Stay connected with unlimited VDSL wireless internet and enjoy a range of entertainment options with Freeview SKY TV.
As the evening cools down, snuggle up by the gas fireplace or enjoy the warmth of underfloor heating, making this space feel incredibly cozy. Step out onto the balcony through expansive sliding glass doors and bask in the panoramic views, ideal for unwinding with a glass of Central Otago wine on a balmy summer evening. The outdoor seating and BBQ area is perfect for al fresco dining and taking in the sights.
A BBQ is available for guest use. If you would like to use it during your stay, please inform us at your earliest convenience or at least 3 days prior to your arrival. A fee of $150 applies, which covers the gas bottle, BBQ usage, and professional cleaning after your stay.
Please note: Unfortunately, the fireplace in the apartment is currently not operational due to a building-wide technical issue with the ventilations. While it cannot be resolved immediately, we’re working closely with building management to address it as soon as possible. We sincerely apologize for any inconvenience this may cause and truly appreciate your understanding. A certified professional has inspected the property and confirmed it is entirely safe for occupancy.
Additional amenities include full laundry facilities, complete with a washing machine, dryer, iron, and ironing board, making it easy to keep your wardrobe fresh and clean throughout your stay. A secure single car garage is available for parking and storing ski equipment, ensuring your stay is both comfortable and practical. Whether you're looking to relax and unwind or explore the surrounding area, this luxurious retreat has everything you need for an unforgettable experience.
BEDDING CONFIGURATIONS:
Bedroom 1- Queen Size Bed
Bedroom 2- King Size Bed that can be split into 2 Single beds
*Please let us know at least 3 days prior to your arrival. If you decide that you want the beds prepared differently to the standard configuration AFTER you arrive, there will be a charge of $100 per bed. This is for our external cleaners to come and arrange the beds and put all new linen on.
Baby Accessories - We can provide a portacot, high chair and baby bath on request at a fee of $50 . Please notify us at least 3 days prior to arrival.
Please, no pets, no smoking indoors and no parties/events.
A maximum of 4 guests are allowed. At least one guest must be over the age of 25.
Minimum 3 night stay during Christmas and New Years.

There is one garage space available for your vehicle.
