Second Bedroom- 1 Single Beds
Third Bedroom- 1 King Bed that can be made into 2 x Single Beds.
*You must inform us at least three days prior to your reservation if you would like a super king size bed in Bedroom 2, and or 2 single beds in Bedroom 3, otherwise there will be a $100 charge per bedroom to come out and change them.

Baby Accessories - We can provide a portacot, high chair and baby bath on request at a fee of $50 . Please notify us at least 3 days prior to arrival.
Please, no pets, no smoking indoors and no parties/events.
A maximum of 6 guests are allowed. At least one guest must be over the age of 25.
Minimum 3 night stay during Christmas and New Year.
