You'll find all the essentials and a beautiful custom kitchen with granite counters, 2 sinks, 2 dishwashers and 2 ovens. The ceramic floors are heated. The primary bedroom has a luxurious ensuite with a large deep tub and a shower with all the spray options. Upstairs are 2 large bedrooms with kings and another large custom tiled bathroom. There’s also a cozy reading nook overlooking the living area below. Downstairs you’ll find a second living room with a ping pong table and wet bar, a large full bath and the 5th bath listed is actually a luxurious steam shower room for your enjoyment after a long day on the hills. The 3 bedrooms downstairs each have 2 queens in them. Kickback, relax, and enjoy everything Collingwood and our home has to offer. When you walk out the backyard and across the street the southern ski lift is less than 150 metres away. In the other direction is Blue Mountain Resort’s pedestrian “Village” and just a 5 minute walk, with all of its restaurants, shops and entertainment. We often walk to the “plunge” pool there with the kids for a fun afternoon. The backyard has a cozy covered porch and a large lawn facing the hill. There’s a bbq and a firepit for cozy evening fires. There is garage parking for one car and room for 5 more vehicles in the driveway. There is also lots of room for your coats, boots, skis and gear. A washer and dryer, too.
