This premium Resort Home just minutes from the ski slopes and Village at Blue Mountain, is the perfect place for your special getaway. The Historic Snowbridge Resort Community nestled by the Monterra Golf Course offers access to a well maintained pool and lounge area, as well as shuttle service for guests. Clean, comfortable and thoughtfully designed, this 3 level unit is complete with arcade games and a pool table, 3 car parking, a built-in EV charger, outdoor dining and BBQ.
**The Snowbridge pool facilities will close for the season on September 9th, 2024. The children's pool is closed as of August 20th**
The space
Explore and enjoy Blue Mountain, discover the Scenic Caves, 30km Georgian Trail, Scandinave Spa, beautiful beaches and blue waters of Georgian Bay, and of course Downtown Collingwood with its wonderful restaurants, historic buildings and quaint shops nearby. A place for families, couples, or friends to make memories!
The premium feel of the space is evident throughout in the finishes and furnishings. Vintage skis and local-themed wall art, along with a tasteful palette of accent colours and lighting set the mood. This inviting ground level access unit welcomes guests with a covered entrance into the spacious foyer with a nice bench to kick off your boots, along with plenty of closet space and a powder room in the front hall. After a day on the slopes or on the Links you can relax and unwind in the brand new lower level entertainment room while you watch a movie on the big TV. You'll have tons of fun playing arcade games such as Pacman and Pinball, and enjoying the full size Dufferin Games pool table. Recharge and breathe deeply in the brand new infrared Sauna Ray all basswood sauna and enjoy the regenerative health benefits. A laundry room is available for your convenience, and wi-fi keeps you as connected as you choose to be to social media, news and Netflix.
Kitchen
The bright, modern open concept kitchen features granite countertops and a spacious island to prepare and enjoy your meals, and is a great place for your morning coffee and casual breakfast. There is plenty of cupboard space for easy storage, and all of your cookware, bakeware, and utensils are provided. You’ll only have to bring your food, coffee, and spices. Modern stainless steel appliances include a fridge, stove, microwave, and dishwasher for easy cleanup. The kitchen overlooks the dining room with comfortable bench seating to enjoy your special meal.
Living Room
Make memories, enjoy conversation and quality time in the open concept great room with a big, comfy sectional sofa and a fireplace for a cozy experience. There's even a premium double futon for extra lounging. The curated design touches and plenty of natural light make this a refreshing place to gather and enjoy the provided board games and TV. When you would like to enjoy the fresh air, step outside the sliding glass doors to the backyard and enjoy a BBQ surrounded by trees and greenery in the Blue Mountain breeze. There's even a big box of outdoor toys to enjoy!
Bedrooms
Each of the bedrooms feature crisp white linens, plenty of natural light and beautiful decor. Enjoy the luxury of the primary bedroom with its king size bed and large windows overlooking plenty of greenspace. The primary ensuite features a soaker tub as well as a modern shower and double vanity. The secondary bedroom features a queen and a single bed, and the third bedroom is complete with a queen. Just down the hall you will find a full bathroom, stand up shower with glass partition, and a side by side vanity. A double futon is available in the living room.

For more adventures and activities for all ages, visit the Blue Mountain site to find day passes, single-use tickets and everything in-between! Bring your beach towels and toys! Beach access is available. Paid parking and entry tickets required.

1) The occupancy of the property is restricted to the names listed. The management company must be notified by message of any changes to the occupancy. The number of people occupying the property shall not exceed what was entered with your original booking. This includes all children and babies unless an exception is agreed upon. The person booking the property must be at least 25 years of age. This is strictly enforced and deference will result in immediate eviction without refund.
2) Parking passes, keys, and or fobs will be issued upon arrival to the property, these must be returned upon checkout. If not returned your damage deposit will be forfeited
3) There are small bins for garbage and recycling in the property. After your stay, please bring all garbage and recycling to the outside receptacles, this includes all alcohol bottles. If garbage or recycling is left on the property your damage deposit will be forfeited.
4) No smoking on the property, your damage deposit will be forfeited with no exceptions.
5) Some properties have wood burning fireplaces, these are not to be used by guests, if used your damage deposit will be forfeited with no exceptions.
6) A cleaning charge will be added to your property rental fee. This is to cover basic cleaning expected from usual and normal use of the property and to include all floors, bathrooms, beds and kitchen. Any exceptional cleaning that would be considered beyond normal and conscientious use of the property will be deducted from your damage deposit at an hourly rate. At the end of your stay please put any used hand towels or dish towels in the tub, and make sure that all dishes are clean and put away. Please do not leave dishes in the dishwasher, clean or dirty.
7) The management company is not liable, nor will provide a refund, for any stoppage of electrical services caused by extreme weather or other circumstances beyond our control.
8) If property damage occurs, the management company reserves the right to use the damage deposit at its sole discretion
By proceeding with this booking , I/We agree with the management company that I/we will use the property and its facilities in accordance with the above terms and conditions and/or posted house rules, and that I/we do so at our own risk of injury.
