Guest Access:
Guests will have private access to the entire apartment for the duration of their stay.
Other Things to Note:
** PLEASE NOTE: Please be advised that the Metro / Vista swimming pool will be closed for scheduled maintenance for a period of two (2) months, commencing from 28th May 2026.
During that period, we have engaged contractors to:
- Repair and repaint all columns within the pool enclosure to remove unsightly rust that has appeared around column bases; and
- Install a new liner within the pool. This liner will act as a waterproof barrier to prevent further unsightly corrosion stains which can currently be seen along the pool walls and improve the aesthetics of the pool for our many keen swimmers.
During this time, access to the pool enclosure will be unavailable.
We appreciate your understanding and patience as we carry out essential works to improve the swimming pool. The reward is that our pool and pool enclosure will look and feel great as a result of these works.
The pool is expected to reopen upon completion of the works which will be end of July. Further updates will be provided if there are any changes to this schedule.
** PLEASE NOTE: if guests get locked out of the apartment, we may be able to help with spare key but we will have to charge a service fee for the time and delivery (pending availability and distance). After 8 pm and on the weekend, rates may go up. If we are not able to help, it will be the guest’s responsibility to call a locksmith at their own cost. **
