Bedding Configuration
Bed Configuration (Sleeps 12, 6 Adults and 6 Children):
Main Bedroom: Queen Bed (Sleeps 2)
Second Bedroom: Queen Bed (Sleeps 2)
Third Bedroom: Queen Bed (Sleeps 2)
Fourth Bedroom: 3 Single Bunk Beds (Sleeps 6)

The beds will be freshly made for guest arrival with sheets, pillowcases, and quilt covers. Bath towels, mats, hand towels, and tea towels are all supplied.

If using the outdoor firepit, please bring firelighters, matches, kindling, and wood.

100% Pet-Friendly
Your well-behaved pets are welcome both inside and outside the property, which features a fully fenced, secure backyard with a large lawn area. The property fence is 1.8 metres high all the way around.

Extra Guest Charge:
Our standard rate is for 2 guests only. Please note that an additional fee will apply to $30 per person per night in excess of 2 guests.

Note: If an extra guest after 2 is staying for 1 night only, it's $60 for 1 night.

You have booked the property for a certain number of people (as specified on your booking). If you would like to have extra guests stay at any time, please contact us in advance. We will advise if this is possible and, if so, the additional cost.

Our cleaners plan their daily schedule for the number of guests booked in at each property. If undeclared guests stay, the rate charged retrospectively will be double the standard rate.

Party / Events Fee: $200 per occurrence
Late Night Disturbance Fee: $200 per occurrence
Smoking Fee: $200

Please take note that this does not include any amount to any damages that you may incur if you violate any of our house rules. We do not allow parties, events and smoking at the property.
