This three bedroom house is in the heart of Rutherglen wine region offering clean, comfortable accommodation. Far enough from town to be peaceful and just a short 5 min stroll to the centre of town, local wine tasting and gourmet restaurants.

The house is nestled between De Bortoli vineyards to the front and overlooks surrounding farmland to the back of the property.

The classic floor plan plays host to high ceilings and timber floorboards, with a spacious open plan kitchen and living area.
The outside offers a front yard and secure backyard for a dog or kids to run around. Large carport suitable for 4 cars or a caravan, boat or trailer.

Accomodation comprises of three generous bedrooms.
Bedroom 1: queen bed with built in robes.
Bedroom 2: queen bed with build in robes.
Bedroom 3: queen bed with wardrobe.
Common space: two single beds in an extension of the living room.
