The house was very comfortable. The four bedrooms gave everyone their own space, while the large open living room, dining room, and kitchen provided plenty of common space. The kitchen was well equipped and the access to the garage provided a cool place to park during the hot days.

Great communication throughout. The hot water heater broke while we were there and they fixed it promptly. Would stay here again.

If you're looking for your home away from home - this isn't it. This property needs a lot of attention and screams the host just really doesn't care. You'll soon realize the photos don't actually match the home - that cozy fire you see in the pictures? Nope - not hooked up to a gas line. All the blinds open? Half of them are broken. A nicely set dinner table? Kitchen rug? A nice fire pit and hot tub area? That's not even the actual yard where the hot tub is pictured! And pro tip- bring your own wood if you want to be able to enjoy it. And also your own towels for the hot tub cuz, yep - you guessed it. Also hand towels and soap for shower. Ice machine doesn't work and you'll soon discover why there's a cheap microwave sitting on the counter. You'll need to buy baking dishes if you plan on using the oven and a kitchen sponge for clean up. Be careful searching for stuff - one of the knobs on a lower drawer is ready to fall off and child proof locks will get you every time. But if you love to play "which switch goes to which light" you'll love it here. Discovered pool of water in hallway and under the sink upon checkout. And if you're wondering where the trash can is - it's in the garage. No access to park there. The real icing was not being able to get a hold of host when we couldn't get in. Ring cameras, multiple calls and texts. Vrbo tried, too. Never heard back from them to this day. Report made to Vrbo. Def not a "Premier rental"/ host. Cleaner agreed.Beds ok.BUYER BEWARE

We had an ok stay at the Modern 4BR w/Hot Tub house in Boise. Overall the communication was good and the house was clean. We were in town for a soccer tournament and had 6 players staying at the house with myself. I was disappointed that they were out of laundry detergent, so I was not able to wash jerseys and gear after the games. I was also disappointed in the limited amount and poor quality towels (cheap and stained). The house is beat up from the flooring popping up, walls/baseboards and overall upkeep. The front bedroom window would not shut and lock, which posed a safety issue. The front entry keypad and door were also temperamental. Lastly, we upgraded our VRBO choice for the hot tub and I was very disappointed. The "hot" tub was lukewarm at best. A positive was that it was spacious and the beds were comfortable.

Very pleased with our stay! The house was very spacious and comfortable! We enjoyed playing some games in the backyard and at the outdoor table, then finishing the evening in the hot tub! If there was an issue, or I had a question, the host was quick to reply to my msg. Ice maker doesn't work, so just make sure to grab a bag of ice, but that was not a big deal at all! If I ever go back to Boise, I'd stay here again in a heartbeat. 10/10
