Please notify us if there are extra guests or visitors, or if a sofa bed arrangement is required. Extra payment required.

The house is exclusively yours, without interruption during your stay, so relax, unwind, and make yourself at home.

★ Other things to note
Please refer to the last two images for access. You could use the stairs or the inclinator(the green one with the trail in the picture). Please note that a maximum of TWO people is allowed in the inclinator at one time, and children must be accompanied by an adult while in the inclinator.

For safety concerns, please watch out for your children at all times, as there is direct access to the water.

Please note there is a noise monitor in the backyard. Please follow the quiet hour rule after 10 pm and respect the community. Never play music or talk on the balcony after 10 pm, as our neighbors are quite sensitive to the noise. Stereo or speakers are restricted in the community.

You can park your vehicle in the car park on our driveway or on the street. Please don’t park in our neighbor's car park or driveway.

Please notify us if you bring your personal watercraft (e.g., jet ski, etc) before booking.
