This home is in the heart of Lavallette, within walking distance to many shops, ice cream parlors and restaurants. Lavallette is an amazing private beach with lifeguards. Beach badges are included. Lavallette, NJ is a small Jersey Shore town that that is one of the best if not THE BEST one can vacation at. It has a beautiful wide clean ocean beach with a boardwalk that runs the length of the town at the ocean. Additionally, it has a large bayfront recreation area with fishing/crabbing piers, gazebo for weekly concerts, tennis, basketball, volleyball courts, and two bay swimming beaches. The town has it's own small shopping center with restaurants, stores, pharmacy, etc. And the street this home is located on is a quiet, family friendly one that has great neighbors.

There is 1 king bed, 3 queen beds and 2 pull out couches and 1 futon—sleeps 13 comfortably

- 1st bedroom has a king bed, a futon, a dresser and a closet for clothes
- 2nd bedroom has two queen bed, a pull out sofa bed, a dresser and a closet
- 3rd bedroom has a queen bed, a dresser and a closet

- Two full bathrooms, one on each floor and a outside shower (3 showers total!)

- Central air and heat with smart Nest thermostat

- Open-concept eating/living room, TV

- Living room has a couch with a sofa bed

- Have day trippers coming down during your stay? The bay head train station is just 8 miles up Route 35 N and Toms River hosts a bus depot. Both from NYC and Newark.
