Inside, this one level home boasts a spacious, open-concept layout designed to let the ocean views take center stage. Every room is bathed in natural light, with plenty of windows that bring the beauty of the outdoors in. The home is centered around the expansive living area, complete with TV and plenty of seating and dining areas, and creates the perfect space for gathering after a day on the beach. Multiple sliders lead out to the wraparound deck featuring a dining table w/ umbrella, chairs and chaise loungers, gas grill and an outdoor shower. To one side of the home is the primary wing with a king bed, ensuite private bathroom and a walk-through office space that serves as a bonus sleeping area with a full size pull out sofa bed. The other side features another en-suite bedroom and bathroom with a queen bed and a slider to the deck. In the hallway two more guest rooms (one w/ a queen bed and one w/ 2 single beds), a full guest bathroom, a half bathroom and a laundry area complete the floor plan.

Directly from the deck you will walk to the landing with two seating areas at the top of the beach stairs. There are 60 stairs down to the beach where you will find your own private stretch of perfect Cape Cod sand. When you are ready to venture out and explore, a wealth of shopping, dining and experience options await in vibrant Provincetown, just a 12 minute drive away. Wellfleet Village is a 20 minute drive away.

The home is available for year round bookings. Please see below for minimum stay requirements based on the time of year. Subject to applicable taxes and fees. No pets please. All linens and towels are provided. All Robert Paul Vacation Rental bookings include a non-refundable $250 fee that includes administrative fee and damage waiver insurance for self-reported incidental damage up to $1,000.00. Upon receipt of a booking request, an agent will reach out to discuss additional security protection which may be required at this property.
