We would, however, like to clarify the comments regarding the refrigerator, as the situation was not represented accurately. At no time did we tell you that the refrigerator has a problem maintaining a cool temperature on Saturdays. What we explained was that a guest had checked out that morning, the refrigerator had been opened while the cleaners were cleaning the property, and it was left open for a period of time. A refrigerator can take some time to return to its normal temperature after being open for an extended period, particularly when it is subsequently filled with a large amount of groceries. We communicated this explanation during your stay. We take cleanliness concerns seriously and will certainly review the areas you mentioned with our cleaning team. We want every guest to arrive to a clean and comfortable property, and we appreciate feedback that helps us maintain those standards.
