Thank you for staying at our O'Fallon,MO home and for sharing your feedback. I’m sorry the stay felt just “fine” instead of exceptional. I appreciate the note about the storm drain in the backyard — we’ll have maintenance inspect that area today and evaluate options (covers or signage) to reduce the hazard for small dogs. Glad the location worked well for ball‑field events. If you’d like to share any other suggestions, please message us through Vrbo so we can follow up. Melissa | JZ Vacation Rentals

I’m genuinely sorry that your experience didn’t match what you were hoping for, especially during an important trip. I understand why that would leave you frustrated, and I appreciate you trusting us enough to share it directly. Your feedback is being taken seriously on our end. We want our homes to feel consistently well cared for and worth what guests are paying, and when that doesn’t happen, we need to hear it so we can correct course.
