We kindly ask that you refrain from using the second floor. If any areas on the second floor are used, professional cleaning will be required, and additional fees will apply.

• Linens and Towels: Bed linens, pillowcases, blankets, and towels are not provided. We can quote this service separately if interested. Pillows are provided.
• Firewood:
o Firewood for the interior fireplace is provided during the cold months.
o Guests must provide their own firewood for the firepit, or we can provide it for an additional fee. Please inquire if interested.
• Watercraft: Canoe, kayaks, and paddleboards are included with your rental.
• Bringing Your Own Watercraft: Please inform us well in advance if you plan to bring your own watercraft.
• Life Jackets: Four life jackets are available, but if you need one specifically for you or someone else, it is your responsibility. Use the life jackets at your own risk, ensuring they fit properly.
Guest Responsibilities:
• Respect and Care: Tenants must treat the cottage and its property with respect and care. The cottage should be left in the same clean, neat, and tidy condition as it was found.
• Garbage and Recycling: All extra garbage and recycling must be taken to the local dump before check-out.
• No Smoking or Vaping: This is a “No Smoking and No Vaping” cottage. Smokers must smoke outside and dispose of cigarette butts in a proper container.
• No Parties: This is a “No Party Cottage.” Guests are not permitted without the owner’s approval. No parties, stags, etc. We cater to family groups.
Pets:
• Pet Policy: Up to 3 pets are accepted. $35 fee per pet.
Rental Terms:
• Rental Lengths: During High Season, we rent by the week (Friday to Friday) for larger groups. Check our other listing on VRBO.

Additional House Rules:
• This is a cozy, family-friendly cottage, perfect for relaxing getaways. To keep the peaceful atmosphere, we kindly ask that no parties or large gatherings (e.g. stags) are hosted here.
• For everyone's safety, fireworks are not permitted.
• We ask that you respect the quiet hours from 11 PM to 8 AM, as our cottage is located in a peaceful community.
• Please bring your own bed linens, pillowcases, blankets, comforters, and towels. However, if needed, we can provide them for an additional fee. Pillows are already provided for your comfort.
• We love peaceful stays, so please avoid excessive noise.
• Pets are welcome, but please keep them off the furniture and beds. Any pet-related damage or extra cleaning may result in additional charges.
• For security, there are exterior cameras on the property. These are in place to protect against theft, so we kindly ask that you do not tamper with or block them.
• At check-out, we kindly ask that you take any garbage and recycling to the local waste facility or with you in case your check-out occurs during days in which the landfill is closed.
