Treehouse by the beach

We had a wonderful stay at this beautifully renovated cottage by the beach. The lofted bedroom made us feel like we were staying in a treehouse. The cottage is just steps from the beach, and downtown Provincetown is just a 15 minute walk away. We really enjoyed our stay and would love to stay here again in the future.

We absolutely loved our stay at this adorable little condo/seaside cottage in Provincetown! The location couldn’t have been more convenient—just steps away from everything we wanted to explore. Check-in was seamless and stress-free, and the space itself was spotless, extremely well-appointed, and thoughtfully stocked with everything we needed. It truly felt like a home away from home, with a cozy, welcoming atmosphere that made it hard to leave. We can’t wait to come back!

Beautiful, comfortable place

This place is a little further out than I'm used to in PTown but the 15-20 minute walk is delightful. Very comfortable bed and lovely design so I can definitely recommend.

Lovely stay in the east end

We stayed in this VRBO for Memorial Day weekend and it was lovely stay for two. So cute and in a quiet area while also being a short 15 minute walk right into the center of town. The VRBO host was so responsive and kind, let us drop our bags before check-in and gave her cleaning team a heads up we were dropping them off, and then on the back end of our stay reached out to let us know we could take our time leaving since they didn’t have another booking immediately following ours. Can’t say enough about how much that flexibility was also appreciated! Would absolutely stay here again.

Cute place, terrible smell

This place is a great setup and in the perfect location. It matched the pictures. However, when we arrived, the smell of urine was overpowering, making the place uninhabitable. We contacted the owner, who sent over the cleaning people, who argued they didn’t smell it (they had just cleaned it, so they’d essentially be admitting they did a poor job cleaning). The owner agreed to refund our stay, and after being very communicative and promising evolve would call to refund our purchase, completely ghosted, leaving us with a full bill, even though we had to stay at a hotel. Very disappointed.

While they didn’t detect a strong smell during their visit—and we have never had an issue raised about an odor in the unit before—we completely understand how frustrating this must have been and are sorry it impacted your stay. Even though we determined there was no odor, you chose to leave and end the stay early, which we recognize was disappointing. We’re actively looking into possible causes so future guests don’t face the same concern, and your feedback is helping guide that process. While we weren’t able to issue a refund, we truly value your input and hope to have the chance to host you again under better circumstances."

It was exactly what me and my friend needed for our stay! We wanted to cook dinner one night and it even had all the spices we would need. It is small but it’s perfect for 2 people. It is a 5 min walk from the beach which was great and a 15 minute walk from the center of town. It was clean and a great stay overall.
