L'Arpège - Au Cœur historique de Vannes

The Cocoonr Agency offers this 60 m² flat, which can accommodate up to 3 people, in the heart of the historic centre of the medieval city of Vannes, in an old 17th-century building listed as a Historic Monument. Its period staircase will take you to the 1st floor where the flat is located - there is no lift.

The accommodation comprises
- A very attractive living room with TV and a sofa bed/bench.
- A fully-equipped kitchen with electric kettle, oven, microwave, toaster, dishwasher, hob, etc.
- One bedroom with 1 double bed (140×190)
- Bathroom with shower
- Separate WC

For even greater comfort, the owners have decided to invest in the following additional equipment: washing machine, ironing board and iron.

Cleaning is included in the rental price and 4-star hotel-quality linen is provided (sheets, towels, tea towels). Your bed will be made up on arrival.

Outside :
- French windows with false balcony and railings, offering plenty of natural light.

Transport :
If you choose to come by car, the street is not accessible; you will need to park on the outskirts of old Vannes, which is entirely pedestrianised.

Optional independent arrival: Access to the accommodation is from 4pm. Keys can be collected from a key dispenser in a launderette located approximately 400m from the accommodation.
ATTENTION: This launderette closes at 9.00 pm but remains accessible 24 hours a day for our travellers.
