Architect villa 8-10 people ROYAN, heated swimming pool, garden, near the beach

The villa is located in Royan between the chic district of Pontaillac and Royan in a very quiet small street 450 metres from the beach and not far from the city centre.

This beautiful architect's villa of 137m² with 740m² of land will allow you to enjoy your family holidays by the pool and close to the beach, the promenades and the Pontaillac cornice.

House capacity from 8 to 10 beds spread over four bedrooms and two convertible sofas.

The house directly overlooks the pool (11m x 6m) and the large wooded garden.

On the ground floor, from the entrance (with closet) you will access the lounge area (1 sofa bed, connected TV, internet available), the dining room (extendible table up to 12 seats) and the fully equipped open kitchen (dishwasher, washing machine, traditional oven, steam oven, microwave oven Senseo coffee maker, refrigerator, freezer)... A wine cellar is available.

This living room overlooks two terraces:

- the large terrace bordering the pool: garden furniture, deckchairs and sun loungers, two sofas and a coffee table

- the wooden terrace on which you will have garden furniture.

The bedroom on the ground floor (bed in 160cm) has a dressing room and a bathroom (walk-in shower with toilet).

Upstairs, a large living space will make you enjoy 2 large balconies overlooking the garden and pool. You will find a convertible sofa and connected TV, coffee table. You will have a table and its armchairs.

The three bedrooms upstairs have 160 cm beds.

An additional kitchen with oven, microwave and hob is also located upstairs as well as a bathroom (shower) and a separate toilet.

The house is equipped with electric blinds.

Linen is not included in the price. Duvets and pillows are provided.

Smoking is prohibited in the house and pets are not allowed.

Cleaning is not included, a conscientious cleaning will be requested. Otherwise, you will be charged a flat fee of 220 euros.

We rent our villa for at least a whole week.

-Arrivals are made on Saturdays from 4 p.m., and until 6 p.m. Between 6 p.m. and 8 p.m., any arrival will be charged 50 euros payable on site.

-Departures are on Saturday before 10am.
