This property is located within an association that is part of a golf course community, which does mean golfers may be visible from the home, especially in the morning hours. While many guests enjoy the scenic setting, we understand that it may not be ideal for everyone. We also appreciate your notes regarding the landscaping and cleanliness. While the home is professionally cleaned prior to each stay, we will follow up with our team to ensure everything is refreshed properly before guest arrival. We will also coordinate with the association to ensure that the outdoor common areas are maintained to standard. Regarding the TV setup, we recognize that some systems can be less intuitive and will review the instructions provided to make them clearer for future guests.
