We are always available to support our guests and strive to provide the best possible experience. Thermostat: As hosts, we do not have remote access to the thermostat. Occasionally, long-term guests may set a schedule or adjust the temperature for their comfort. We kindly ask guests not to set the AC below 69°F, as doing so can cause the compressor to freeze and result in damage. This is clearly stated in our House Rules, which guests agree to upon booking and which we reconfirm in our Reservation Confirmation message. Had you contacted us during your stay, we would have been happy to check the thermostat and assist to ensure your comfort. Security and Privacy: A) The door codes are changed for each reservation. Only the host and co-host have access to these codes. B) All four of our apartments are equipped with frosted glass in the bathrooms, ensuring privacy—there is no visibility from the outside.
