Beautiful cabin just outside of downtown. Very clean!! Hot tub was nice but couldn’t get it over 93 degrees, may have been user error. Would stay here again for sure!!

Thank you for your review. We're so glad you enjoyed the cabin and its location. Thanks for letting us know about the hot tub—we'll be sure to check it. We do provide a support phone number in text messages you receive and is also posted in the cabin. One call to the number and we happily would have addressed the issue with the hot tub. This property is right on the side of a busy road. Traffic stopped near dark and nights were quiet. Bear are all around. Night and day! Be aware. The location was okay, providing good access to everything.
Aufenthalt von 2 Nächten im Juni 2026
Antwort von VrboOwner am 22. Juli 2026
Thank you for your review. We understand that the road can be busy during the day, as it's a main route used by guests staying throughout the mountain to access the Gatlinburg Bypass, making it one of the most convenient ways to reach local attractions without driving through downtown traffic. We're glad you noticed that traffic slows significantly after dusk, allowing for peaceful evenings. We're also happy the location made it easy for you to enjoy everything the area has to offer. As you mentioned, bears are a common part of the Smoky Mountain environment, and we encourage all guests to follow the wildlife safety guidelines provided during their stay. Thank you again for your feedback, and we hope to welcome you back again soon.
