You will have a bright living room with access to a loggia opening onto the outside and fitted out with a lounge area and a double bed, a well-equipped kitchenette and a shower room.
Towels provided but not bed linen. Private parking and bicycle storage.

The studio :
Located on the 3 rd floor with lift, the accommodation is composed as follows:
Day area:
- A bright living room with a sitting area and its corner sofa, a coffee table, a TV, equipped with reversible air conditioning and a bedroom with a double bed (140x190).
- A kitchenette open on the living room, fully equipped: refrigerator, freezer, dishwasher, oven, hotplates, kettle, toaster...
- A bathroom with an Italian shower, a washbasin, a washing machine, a hair dryer and a toilet.

Outside :
- From the living room, you can access a loggia facing south-east that you can open to the outside thanks to its bay window. You can enjoy a meal in the sun thanks to the outdoor furniture available!
- The residence's shared swimming pool is open from June 15 to September 15.

The accommodation is located in a quiet and pleasant area of the city, close to the beach and only a few minutes from Perpignan! You will be close to all amenities (bakery, mini-markets, shops..) and transport!
