During peak summer weeks it is typical for our properties to require a 7-night stay, either Friday-Friday or Saturday-Saturday, but if you have unique dates please reach out to our Reservation Specialist. Most of our homes offer a 3-night stay minimum in the off-season.
Guests can bring their own linens or rent from our Linen Service for an extra fee (Bed Sheets, Bath, Beach and Kitchen Towels)

Welcome to Gray's Getaway, a recently updated, dog friendly cottage with central A/C, free wifi and all the amenities needed for a worry-free stay for up to six. This one level ranch has a bonus sunroom off the deck and lush back yard with a lower level entertainment room with sitting room, TV and ping pong table. Situated in a desirable neighborhood on the bay side of the Cape, a short drive, just .8 miles to picturesque Gray's Beach and Boardwalk!

We're thrilled to have you here and hope you enjoy your time in our home. We love this house because of its cozy and inviting atmosphere, making it a peaceful escape from everyday life. It's our ideal place to unwind and recharge. Our kids love the game room and ping pong table and we believe you'll love them too! The neighborhood is quiet and charming with beautiful Gray's Beach just a short walk away. The sunsets there are stunning and the calm waters are perfect for relaxing. Nearby conservation lands and trails are great for rejuvenating hikes with the whole family, including your dog.

Let Us Tell You About This Home:
Enter through the front door of this one level ranch with lower level entertainment room. To the left, you will enter the kitchen with all the amenities you need for a stress-free vacation - dishwasher, microwave and Keurig coffeemaker. Lots of cabinet and countertop space to create memorable meals for the gang. Adorable breakfast nook for morning coffee or feeding the kiddos as they overlook the front yard. You will find the laundry area here, with washer and dryer for your convenience.

The combination dining and living area is open and bright. The dining area with seating for six overlooks the comfortable living room with plenty of seating, flat screen TV and fireplace for guest use during cozy autumn nights.

Off the dining area is the entrance to the bonus sunroom - the perfect place to finish the latest beach read or catch up on your social media. The warm sun rays are welcoming in the sitting area or continue on to the back deck where you will find the outdoor dining area and BBQ ready to cook classic summer fare of burgers and dogs.

The back yard has plenty of space for a lawn game and lots of room for Fido - this home does allow one dog so furry family members are welcome. The outdoor shower is around the corner - the perfect convenience for washing off after a day on the beach. It's a Cape Cod tradition! You'll also find a sweet chair in the corner under the mature trees for quiet contemplation as you plan the day's events.

Go back to the entrance of the home and to the right are the two bedrooms. In the hallway, you will find a full bathroom with a stand up shower. The front bedroom has two twin beds and a ceiling fan for extra comfort on those nights you don't need the central A/C. The primary bedroom is in the back with a king bed - what a luxury! There is also an en suite full bathroom for your private use with a glass enclosed shower.

The lower level is dedicated to entertainment for everyone in your party! There is a comfy sitting area with flat screen TV and games for competitive play. The ping pong table is sure to bring joy as each team vies for bragging rights after each match.

Additional sleeping opportunities as all sofas (Living Room, Game Room and Sun Room) convert to Queen size sleeper sofas.

This home is less than a mile from Gray's Beach and Boardwalk - the site of many beautiful sunsets!

This home has Keyless Entry for your convenience.

DOG FRIENDLY HOMES are for a DOG only. This home allows 1 dog for $25 per night. With owner approval, a second dog may be considered for an additional $25 nightly fee. A Pet Registration form must be completed upon reservation confirmation.
Max parking of cars at property: 2 - No parking on the lawn anytime.

For Reservations made over 60 days away, you will make two payments - 50% initial payment with reservation and the final balance will be auto billed to your credit card 60 days prior to arrival. We accept American Express, Mastercard and Visa for payments.

Please ask our guest specialist for details. Our NEVR Homes come with mattress covers, pillows and a bed cover such as blanket, quilt, bedspread etc.
