Welcome to Titan's Landing. This truly incredible lakefront home resides just minutes from downtown Sandpoint. With interior design by Dion Williams, this home unites clean, contemporary design with the magnificent beauty of Lake Pend Oreille.
Upon entering this home, you'll immediately know that a new experience in home luxury combined with the natural beauty of the lake and land awaits you. A unique massive glass door welcomes your entry. Hand laid herringbone floors beckon you into a great room like no other. Eyes immediately look out towards an extensive wall of glass, where a park like yard rolls out to meet several hundred feet of private, pristine waterfront.
The kitchen is designed by a family of culinary artisans -- Wollf double ovens, supersized gas cooktop, wine refrigerator, custom cabinetry with serene and elegant quartz countertops. Large dining table and a great room with massive horizontal fireplace keeps people connected with plenty of room for relaxation and interaction.
The glass panels overlooking the water are actually a series of accordion styled doors that easily open and slide off to the sides to create a truly magical indoor/outdoor experience. The back deck runs the length of the home and has plenty of room for outdoor living.
Three private bedrooms (two in suite) reside on the main floor. The master suite with King bed, has glass sliders to the deck and a full bathroom with steam shower. The second bedroom currently has a toddler bed and the third bedroom down the hall has full size bunk beds, also in suite.
The lower level gateways more fun and entertainment, yet also offers two additional bedrooms for family and guests. Family room with huge sectional, large TV, an additional gas fireplace, extended bar, shuffleboard, and exercise area with treadmill. Private office is also downstairs and Internet and cell service is excellent here. The fourth bedroom offers an additional King bed in suite and the fifth bedroom has TWO Queen beds, also in suite.
Flat, pristine waterfront yards are extremely rare on this glacial created lake. Private dock with Two boat lifts, a 12,000 LB and an 8,000 LB capacity.
A Sandy Beach area, fire pit, play set with stately and aged cedar and pine trees guard the privacy and serenity of this magical place. 3 miles to downtown Sandpoint, 30 minutes to the top of Schweitzer mountain -- this home is a luxury getaway for family and friends to relax, create new memories and enjoy and appreciate the beauty of North Idaho. This is a dog friendly home so you can bring a maximum of two dogs with an additional pet fee of $125.00.

**NOTE: Each year, on September 18th OR the 3rd Sunday in September (whichever is later), the Army Corps of Engineers begins dropping the water level of Lake Pend Oreille until ultimately reducing it by a total of 10-12 feet. Around the 4th week in September ALL boat docks and boat lifts on the lake become inaccessible and unusable, as the water completely recedes back from the shoreline leaving just bare ground beneath the docks. The agreement with the Army Corps of Engineers states the lake level must be restored to full pool level each year no later than July 4th, however, the last 10+ years the lake water has been at full pool level around the 2nd or 3rd week in June.
