What We Love About This Home
This contemporary villa rental is a peaceful hilltop home with a view that goes on for miles. The two story home has comfortable indoor and outdoor spaces, ideal for gathering and socializing. The clean white walls are adorned with playful art, and most of the western wall of the house is open to the views. The laid-back vibe continues outside with a backyard that features a shaded dining area with a leafy pergola, a long rectangular swimming pool, and a jacuzzi.

Interior Details
Living space inside this Wine Country vacation home is bright, airy, and welcoming. The spacious living room spans the entire width of the ground floor, providing views of the backyard and the valley far below. It features a pool table, a fireplace, and a media space.

The kitchen features a restaurant-sized Viking stove. The kitchen opens to the dining room which looks out over the valley, with a long dining room table that has seating for eight.

The main house has three ensuite bedrooms that are all light and uncluttered--one king bed and two queens. Each opens to a deck with outstanding views. You’ll find a one-bedroom guest suite with a queen bed on the second floor of a separate building, a separate building that is home to a well-equipped gym.

Exterior Details
The backyard at Chic House is a scenic private oasis. One side backs up to a leafy forested hillside, a long patio runs along the treeline, with a row of chaise lounges set-up to look across the pool and out to the valley below. The long swimming pool is ideal for those who love to get in their laps, as well as for cooling off after a long day of exploring wine country, and the hot tub is available year round.

At the far end of the pool you’ll find a firepit with a seating area. Closer to the house there is a shaded outdoor dining area and an adjacent pergola.

The house has both a Tesla charger and a Porsche charger.

Please note that the pool is unheated, and is not fenced or covered.

Location
Chic House lies on a peaceful hillside road, just a mile from Sonoma Plaza, the largest town square in all of Wine Country, and home to several excellent restaurants and wine tasting shops.

Guests staying at Chic House will enjoy access to BeautifulPlaces pre-arrival assistance. Our local staff can assist with pre-trip suggestions for winery visits, private chef dinners and any other special experiences you desire. On arrival day you’ll find a bottle of local wine and gourmet coffee waiting for you in your villa, and our team is available during your stay to answer any questions you have.

House Rules
This property is subject to local regulations governing vacation rental properties. Under local law, events, parties and outdoor amplified music are not allowed. Overnight and day time occupancy is limited to 8 guests, and rental guests must observe quiet hours between 9:00pm and 9:00am. The pool is heated Memorial Day through September. Note that the pool is not fenced or covered.

Rates quoted on this page are subject to our revision. Rates are inclusive of 1 basic housekeeping visit each month, a utility credit, exit cleaning and booking fees. A $10,000 damage deposit is required.
