Important Notes

• Exterior security cameras are present on the property

• Pool heat is available for $300 per week (plus tax) and $42.86 per additional day (plus tax). Requests must be made at least 24 hours before check-in. Requests made within 24 hours of check-in or after arrival are subject to an additional $75 activation fee (plus tax) and no refunds will be issued if a specific temperature is not reached.

• Pets allowed (max 2):

$250 + tax (1 pet) | $500 + tax (2 pets total)

🚫 Pets are not allowed on beds—additional cleaning fees apply if violated

• A 3.9% cancellation fee applies to all cancellations

• Kayaks are heavy, and dock height may make launching difficult for some guests

• A signed guest agreement is required prior to check-in (sent via DocuSign)

• Starter pack included: paper towels, toilet paper, dish & laundry detergent, dish soap, bar soap, trash bags & sponge

* Security cameras around the exterior of the home and records both video and audio

• Maximum occupancy is set by city regulations—please review sleeping arrangements carefully

• Seasonal seaweed may affect canal conditions during certain times of year (natural occurrence in the Florida Keys)

• Saturday–Saturday bookings may be required during peak and holiday seasons
