• Bedrooms: The condo features three generously sized bedrooms, each designed to provide a restful retreat. The master bedroom boasts private balcony access, allowing you to wake up to the soothing sound of the waves. All bedrooms are equipped with comfortable bedding, extra pillows, and blankets to ensure a good night's sleep.
• Bathrooms: Brigadune includes two well-appointed bathrooms with modern fixtures. One bathroom features a bathtub, perfect for unwinding after a day at the beach. High-quality towels, body soap, and shampoo are provided for your convenience.
• Kitchen and Dining: The fully equipped kitchen includes modern appliances, a coffee maker, and all necessary cookware and utensils. Prepare meals with ease and enjoy them at the large dining table, which is also ideal for game nights and family gatherings.
• Outdoor Space: The condo offers a spacious balcony with breathtaking ocean views, accessible from both the living area and master bedroom. Relax on the deck, soak up the sun, or enjoy a meal al fresco while watching the waves roll in.
• Decor Note: Brigadune is individually owned, and while the layout and amenities are as depicted, the decor may vary slightly from the photos.

Guest Access
• Beach Access: Brigadune's prime location allows you to step directly from the property onto the beautiful, wide sandy beach. Enjoy easy access to sunbathing, swimming, and beachcombing without the hassle of long walks or crowded access points.
• Resort Amenities: Guests have access to a range of resort amenities, including an outdoor oceanfront pool (heated in Spring and Fall), a picnic area, gas barbecue grills, and beautifully landscaped grounds. Additional features include elevators, secure lobby access, and 24-hour on-site security. Please note that while the resort offers many amenities, certain facilities may be subject to availability and seasonal hours.
• Parking: Covered on-site parking is available for your convenience. Enjoy the ease of having your vehicle parked securely right at the property.

• Booking Requirements: To maintain a serene environment for all guests, we require that all bookings be made by individuals who are at least 25 years old and who will sign our rental agreement. We do not rent to locals.
• Local Attractions and Dining: Myrtle Beach offers a variety of dining and entertainment options. For a memorable meal, visit local favorites such as The Sea Captain's House for seafood or enjoy a fun dining experience at Broadway at the Beach. The area also boasts miniature golf, water parks, and shopping opportunities.
• Outdoor Activities: Take advantage of nearby activities such as jet skiing, parasailing, kayaking, and deep-sea fishing. Golf enthusiasts will find numerous courses within a short drive. Nature lovers can explore hiking trails and wildlife viewing in the surrounding areas.
