Wilderness, Eagles Mere and Extra Activities

although I forgot to mention this on the vrbo site, the reason the price is literally half that of other similarly sized houses in the area is that I didn't fully finish the first floor (the second floor is a high end modular). I didn't finish it because I didnt expect that my low price would get me so many visitors that my own family hardly had time to visit. So yes the trim and similar things on the first floor were not fully finished -- but I will do it during the winter when no one is there so next year it will be fully finished. But as the guy who installed the modular (and does this almost every day in different parts of the country), two realtors and others have confirmed, the location is a "million dollar location" because it is one of the few homes anywhere that seems to be in the wilderness (no homes within sight and no homes within ten miles in one of two directions) but is actually only a half mile (in the other direction) from the center of a very upscale unpretentous community where homes do sell for over a million dollars.
