Only 200m from Place de Verdun and La Rochelle lively town centre, yet tucked away from the
hustle and bustle, you will find this secluded gem of a house, the perfect spot for a peaceful and
restful holiday!
Fully renovated in 2020 to very high standards, it is opening onto a large south west facing
terrace with a heated pool.
This very stylish, comfortable and beautifully decorated house is ideally located within easy
walking distance of the busy town centre and its many shops, the daily market and harbourside
restaurants as well as the local beach.
There is space for one car in the gated driveway.
The house (176m2 over 2 floors) can comfortably sleep 8 in 4 bedrooms, 2 with en-suite
bathrooms.
On the ground floor, you will find:
- A bright and spacious living and dining space as well as the kitchen with its floor-to-ceiling
glass sliding doors leading to the terrace.
- A utility room
- A spacious double bedroom with king-size bed and en-suite walk-in shower-room + toilet
- A separate toilet with washbasin
On the first floor:
- A spacious and very bright master bedroom (over 30m2) with a super king-size bed (200x200),
walk-in closet, en-suite walk-in shower room, His and Hers marble sinks and toilet.
- A double bedroom with king size bed
- A bedroom with 2 single beds
- A guest bathroom with bathtub and walk-in shower
- A separate toilet
Outdoor area:
- Small heated pool (secured by automatic cover)

Tenants have an obligation to ensure the tranquility of their neighborhood.
Day and night, excessive noise of all kinds is to be avoided.
The owners reserve the right to call to order any behavior that they deem harmful to the neighborhood and its occupants and if necessary to take sanctions.
Silence is required from 10:00 p.m. to 8:00 a.m.
It is strictly forbidden to smoke in the accommodations.
Pets are not accepted.

Under no circumstances should children be left alone at the edge of the pool. If necessary for swimming.
