This condo is perfect for a cozy couples weekend, or a family of 4. outdoor seating with water view of the Kalamazoo river.

If you are familiar with Saugatuck, you know that parking is at a premium. You are in luck; this condo comes with 2 parking spots on the premises!

We think you will really enjoy staying at our vacation rental. Located in the historic district. Saugatuck and Douglas are both within walking distance. Oval Beach. (2 miles) - take in an amazing sunset, 1 mile to Mt. Baldhead! Spend the day at the local breweries and wineries or explore the scenic bike routes and hiking trails featuring epic views of beautiful Lake Michigan in the Saugatuck Dunes State Park! 10 minutes to Holland, 20 Minutes to South Haven. We’ve got it all! We invite you to spend a long weekend or a week at our little getaway in Saugatuck, Michigan!

I’m puzzled by the positive reviews of this property. There were mouse droppings under the sink, the ice machine was filthy (and jammed during our stay), there’s no fan in the bathroom so nothing drys out, and there are no comfortable chairs to sit on (especially important when using the sofa bed which is difficult to stow during the day). Common amenities were missing such as a kettle to heat water, bedside lamps, and a dish drainer. To top it off the creamers curdled in our coffee. Really, we expected more for the price. On the plus side, it’s in a nice location that’s easy walk to downtown Saugatuck.

Weekend getaway.

Visited Saugatuck to go to the Fennville Winery BBQ Friday night and be a tourist the remainder of the weekend going to the art fair, Oval Beach and restaurants and stores. Fireworks were fantastic. Such a great little town. Recommend the piano bar for a late night activity. Cottage had everything we could need. Quiet and clean. Cute beach vibe decor. Queen Murphy Bed was very comfortable to us. Walked everywhere Saturday - just a short 20 min walk to town.

Perfect little getaway in walking distance to downtown Saugatuck!!

My two daughters and I enjoyed a fun two-night stay at this charming one-room studio condo—perfect for the three of us! Just an easy 8-minute walk to the heart of Saugatuck, the location couldn’t have been better. The space was very clean, updated, and had an adorable beachy vibe. A thoughtful bonus was the shared patio table just outside the condo, perfect for sipping coffee or wine while catching a small peek of the water across the street. We walked to waterfront restaurants like The Butler and The Barge and treated ourselves to delicious coffee and baked goods from Uncommon Coffee Roasters. We visited several cute shops in town too! Overall, a great and affordable spot for a few nights in the quaint and cozy town of Saugatuck!

Fantastic location! Easy 1/2 mile walk to town but away from the commercial area. Very clean. Comfortable studio with murphy bed which was surprisingly comfortable. No batteries in remote so TV wasn’t watchable - not a dealbreaker.

Very good location. Space is tiny

Really small space. Not sure 4 adults would fit comfortably. The flooring needs completely redone. There's no rubber on the shower door so water leaks out onto the floor. Bed is not comfortable at all. Not sure about the water view part of the listing either. Convenient location to downtown. Peaceful area. Easy check in.

Nice Stay

The cozy studio condo is a nice place. The listing description is mostly accurate. The "water view" is a stretch but that's not why we stayed here so it's wasn't a problem for us but there isn't much of a view. The location is great, very close to all Saugatuck has to offer. It's a nice walk into town. The condo is small but good for a couples weekend. Communication was good. Check-in and out was very easy.

The place was smaller then we expected so there were 2 of us which was fine but we were expecting 4 which would be way to crowded. The air conditioner does not work well so it was not cool in the room. Very warm when we first arrived. which i would consider not leaving any creamers out by the coffee bc hey were all bad. a bit of a walk to town but I enjoy walking so that was fine. I don't think i would stay again bc of the air conditioner It was clean.. B

Amazing weekend!!

This was our first time visiting Saugatuck and we had a great time. The studio / Vrbo was perfect walking distance from town and very quaint. It fit the two of us comfortably. We will be back!

Relaxing

This was a wonderful place to stay. Very clean and stocked with all you could need. We walked to dinner and shopping each day. Loved the common area for sitting with a cup of coffee in the morning. The conversion sofa was comfortable and easy to use not like a fold out bed at all. We would love to come back before the kids head back to school.

Lovely place to stay

This was a very cute and quaint place to stay. We loved the decor. I only have 2 suggestions. The first would be to add decaf coffee as a selection and possibly a Keurig coffee maker. The second would be to add a floor length mirror. If we make it back to the area we would definitely stay here again!
