Welcome to this distinctive vacation property managed locally by Island Time Hilton Head.

This Sea Pines home is nestled on a quiet street and places you only minutes away from Harbour Town and the sandy beaches!

Upon entry, you walk into the sitting room, which has plenty of comfortable seating around the cozy brick fireplace (not for guest use). Soaring ceilings and many large windows produce a light and airy environment that all guests will enjoy relaxing in. A huge, tastefully decorated living room right around the corner features a large sectional and flatscreen TV, along with lush nature and pool views that surround you through the huge windows and glass doors. Enjoy the comfort of a completely stocked kitchen to help make your morning brunch or beach snack preparation easy. Plenty of counterspace and brand new appliances allow for a seamless culinary experience. The dining table sits next to the fireplace and has enough seating for 7.

On the first floor, bedroom 1 serves as the master suite and features a king-sized bed and flatscreen TV. The master bathroom offers a huge walk-in shower and walk-in closet. On the second floor, bedrooms 2 and 3 both feature two full-sized beds and have their own mounted flatscreen TVs. These bedrooms have plenty of walk-in closet storage and are connected by a Jack-and-Jill bathroom that is complete with a shower or tub.

Outside, enjoy days spent lounging by the private pool and soaking up the sun! There are plenty of pool loungers and chairs, as well as an outdoor dining set for guests to enjoy. The backyard is very secluded and surrounded by lush nature and bamboo to offer complete privacy. Harbour Town is less than 5 minutes away, and a 10-minute bike ride will have you at the Sea Pines Beach Club enjoying the sandy beaches in no time. 11 Red Oak is perfect for your next Hilton Head vacation!

We didn't want to leave!

This place was perfect for our family of 5. The kids loved the pool, the home is very updated and clean. It is a great location. The kitchen was well stocked. We felt at home here! This is our first year staying in Sea Pines but it has so much to offer so we will be back!

Beautiful home away from home!

We had a wonderful stay at this property. The house is newly renovated and beautifully decorated with a relaxing beach vibe. Everything is clean and spacious. Amenities were more than sufficient for our week-long stay and the rental office made check-in a breeze and quickly responded to any questions we had regarding our reservation. Great privacy in the backyard. Close to Harbour Town and the Shops at Sea Pines. We would definitely rent this house again!

The living room is super comfortable to play games or watch a movie on the dvd player. All in all a great home for a vacation!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We really enjoyed this house. Everything was great! The beds were comfy, air conditioning worked well. I will say that the upstairs where the kids slept was warmer since there is only one a/c unit but thank goodness there are ceiling fans in all rooms. I will say there were A LOT of mosquitos so I would not plan on hanging out in the evening. You can bike to the Sea pines beach but unless you are the first 1-50 cars and get there before 8:30am you won't be able to park there or drop off. It is a 12 min bike ride. Pool was great and very clean. My teens had a great idea. If the front room had a ping pong table or something like that instead of more seating it could be very fun.

House was perfect except for mold

Property management was the best I have experienced yet. Well organized, proactive & responsive + the rental gear credit was fabulous. Saved us on bike rentals. The house layout & amenities are perfect. The outside space was amazing. Mosquitos were not terrible - typical for the area. It breaks my heart to share the house is musty & has visible mold on the ceiling of the 2 upstairs bedrooms. I suspect this is a newer issue given no one has stated prior. I struggled with mentioning but know mold can be a major health issue. Property Management was responsive & said they will address - I brought it up at the end of our stay. The smell is so strong our belongings smelled of the mold when we got home. Quite disappointing. With all that said, if the issue is addressed I would absolutely rebook here again.

A complete disappointment - mosquito-filled, with limited beach access

I am close to tears at writing this after a week's vacation at this property that was a complete disaster. To protect future travelers, here is what we experienced. 1 - The entire back yard (pool area, etc) is completely infested with mosquitos and roaches. While some mosquitos are normal in the summer, the amount here made the property unusable. I texted the agency Sun morning after arriving on Sat. No response that day so we found a store to buy tiki torches (on vacation!). The rental agency eventually got back in contact after I followed up again and pest control came out on Tuesday to spray. There were STILL so many mosquitos that my kids were (and are) covered in bites. While mosquitos are "part of nature," there are basic preventative elements that need to happen - i.e., there is yard debris and leaves from last year that should be cleaned up to limit mosquito breeding. The property needs to be fogged at LEAST once a week. Even with nine Tiki torches, bug spray, citronella bracelets, my little girl still has bug bites on her face and neck and body. I would not rent this house if you want a usable pool. 2 - The rental agency was dishonest (in writing) about beach access. They told me prior to the stay that you can drive to the Sea Pines Beach Club. That is NOT true. In the summer, you are not allowed to park here unless you are an owner. The other alternative is to ride your bike. Our kids are young and we did not have the proper baby bike carriers so we had to order off Amazon. The other option is to park in a remote lot and there is a trolley that will take you to the Beach Club. This added as much as 1 hour (bc of trolley demand) for JUST getting to the beach. Do not rent this property if you want easy beach access. Again, if this had been communicated honestly by the rental property agency, we would have known this ahead of time and could have chosen differently. 3 - The price you see on VRBO is NOT your final fee. After booking this property through VRBO, there was an additional credit card charge through the rental agency. Beware of additional add-on costs. I tried to resolve this directly with the rental agency and was unsuccessful. They offered a miniscule sum (less than 5% of the cost of the rental) despite the mosquito infestation & dishonesty about beach access. It was such a disaster we ended up leaving early. I hope others avoid having their beach vacation ruined. There are similar reviews on BBB about this agency...

For the backyard we do have lawn maintenance regularly scheduled but unfortunately with the humidity it’s hard to fight against outside elements. As you stated we did send out a pest control company to spray again to resolve the issue and we are continuing to make sure lawn maintenance is done thoroughly. We apologize about the beach access miscommunication. At this time the rules changed for the beach access, and we are now monitoring the rules closely to make sure this does not happen again. We understand that this was the best option for families traveling with children other than the trolley and did not want to inconvenience you on your vacation. We appreciate your feedback. We shared your concerns with the property owner and will work diligently to ensure that these issues are not ongoing at this property.

This property is top notch and wonderful. It has everything necessary for an extended stay. The host was great and very communicative. We will definitely stay here again in the future!

Beautifully remodeled house

The house was entirely remodeled less than 2 years ago with a nice contemporary feel and it makes a big difference! The bathroom is great, the kitchen is fitted with all the utensils you may need, countless lounge chairs and sofas! The pool is very enjoyable as well. We really enjoyed our stay in this property. The only caveat: Lots of mosquitos on the deck, but that's to be expected in this region at this time of the year.

Better than the pictures

Fantastic house and great location in Sea Pines. The owners have done a wonderful job updating the house. It comfortably accommodated 3 generations and was a wonderful way to celebrate a 50th birthday.

Rating Details: The property manager was more than helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was more than happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The house was great, they did a beautiful job renovating it. The back room was large and open but there was no heat back there which made it cold for a February rental. A space heater would have been great. In the summer I'm sure it's not an issue. There was a lot of pollen that covered all of the outdoor furniture, we didn't have access to a hose to clean them off so I called to see if someone could come and take care of it. While I did get a call back, we never got any help. The rental agent, Jean was great in helping with the upfront planning and the location was nice. I do recommend renting bikes to get around, it's a quick mile ride to the beach on the bikes and the beach is beautiful. Overall it was a great experience and the house was very nice. The few hiccups were not that big a deal, I mention them for awareness and improvement if the owners so choose. Thanks!
