Charming, stunning, beautiful and private apartment. Located only 5 minutes from down town Ithaca commons with many different restaurants and variety of shopping possibilities. We are only 3 min. form Ithaca College and 9 min. from Cornell University.
Walking distances to Buttermilk falls state park trial.
The property is tucked away by beautiful natural surrounding’s with many trees and beautiful landscape.
The garden level Contemporary retreat has an open bright cozy floor plan, with many window. A sliding glass door lead's you to a private partial covered and open patio to enjoy the outdoors. You access the apartment via private entrance door with keyless entry. Fully stocked and well equipped Kitchen, for your convenience.
There are 2 bed rooms. The Master bed room has a comfortable queen size bed, 2nd bedroom has a twin size bed with a twin size trundle to pull out. Full bathroom with shower. There are also washer and dry located in the apartment for guests to use. Free parking,. For your entertainment we have a Smart TV, Roku, Netflix... and a great Wifi connection.

This is truly a hidden gem. So much care and attention was put into this unit. Absolutely lovely spot, comfortable beds, very stocked kitchen and bath, so many little touches to make it feel like home. Sabine was easy to communicate with. We really enjoyed staying at this property! It was very comfortable for the two of us. The beds were very comfortable. The apartment had everything we needed. Sabine, our host, provided fresh flowers, and snacks that she had stocked in the kitchen. The covered and uncovered patio faced out to a very private beautiful backyard. Several times we saw deer crossing the yard. We enjoyed sitting out on the patio late afternoon after doing one of the many beautiful hikes in the area. We would definitely stay here again and the Ithaca area was a great base to tour the Finger Lakes.

This is a great place. It's the bottom floor of a house (completely separate). It's very bright, cheerful place and set on a secluded wooded lot. It was an easy dive into Ithaca or over to Cornell. The living room furniture is modern, new and comfortable, and the beds were very comfortable as well. The bathroom and shower were nice and the towels supplied were big and plush. The owner kept checking in with texts to make sure everything was to our liking. If you are a couple or have only one extra person, and don't need to walk to town, this place is perfect and a great value.This was an excellent experience.

Great spot for a weekend away!

True to its name, this spot was an absolute Hidden Treasure. It is perfectly decorated and provides an at home feeling. A great location near many of the falls and close to town.
