Your quiet space is on a cul-de-sac in our home, close to multiple gorges, Cornell, Ithaca College, downtown Commons, Cayuga Lake, hiking and biking trails, wineries and breweries. Two miles away is Ithaca College, one more mile is the Commons & you are at the foot of Cornell’s campus. Easy drive to Watkins Glen State Park trails, Seneca Lake and more wineries.

Ithaca is Gorges: close by is Buttermilk State Park, Treman State Park, Cascadilla Gorge Trail, Ithaca Falls, plus wineries, breweries, and Cayuga Lake. Taughannock State Park hits a lot of bells and whistles for its falls and hiking. We have birding areas at Lab of Ornithology and Montezuma. Seneca Lake is close by to offer all of the above and I recommend visiting Watkins Glen State Park.

Your bedroom is separate from the living room and kitchen spaces so if your partner wants to rest longer or watch their show, close the bedroom door, watch your TV and enjoy your coffee or beverage of choice on the couch or on your patio. Your backyard view has bunnies and deer visible from your kitchen table or living room couch. Behind your apartment is a walking trail to a small pond and Gazebo.

Arriving guests park in your designated spot on our flat driveway and take a pathway to the back door entrance. There's a contactless keypad entry, and you are able to enjoy your own apartment with an outside patio, table and chairs.

Provided amenities: linens and bedding, WiFi, 2 cable/smart TVs with streaming apps, stocked kitchen, coffee/tea/cream/sugar & your own patio. We take pride in offering a quiet and clean space and respectfully request up to two guests per night.
