This cute oceanfront home boasts an outdoor deck, a wall of windows facing the Pacific, and a cozy wood-burning fireplace - all features creating the perfect ambiance for entertaining friends and family. This casual space promotes conversation, reading, and listening to music or playing games, and it welcomes you to sit back, put your feet up and not worry about a thing! Enter into the house and look straight out at the ocean from the open living room, dining room and kitchen. From the dining table you can enjoy the ocean views while eating, sipping, chatting, or playing a board game. One bedroom and bathroom is located on the main floor for easy access. On the second floor, there is the perfect space for spending some indoor leisure time with a full-size pool table. Chalk up your pool cue and get ready to play some billiards! There are two more bedrooms and a shared bath tucked away on the second floor.

Take the path down to the beach and enjoy miles of sandy shoreline. Choose to boogie board, search for shells, fly a kite, take a jog, build a sandcastle, or just take a casual stroll along the edge of the waves as you wile away your day at the beach. Age Requirement: The primary registered guest must be at least 26 years of age. The majority of guests must be over 25, or children under adult supervision.

This home does not allow cat guests or other non-human, non-canine visitors. Dogs are welcome at this home but must be registered in advance and paid prior to arrival. This home has a 3-dog maximum occupancy! Pet Guests: One time $35+tax fee per dog. Pet fees are not included in the original reservation.
