Family house 700m away from the sea and the centre of the village. The house is located on the heights of Cavalaire.

This is our holiday house that we rent only at some periods. Built in 2019, it is fully air-conditioned, and has a large living room with kitchen, 4 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, 2WC, 2 terraces and 400 m² garden.

It is perfect for 6 to 8 persons for family holidays. Close to the centre, you can easily walk and eat an ice-cream on the harbour.

Bed linen and towels upon request.

The house area is 115m2 with full air-conditioning.

Ground floor: A living room with a fully equipped open kitchen, a bedroom with a double bed (140 cm), and a bathroom with shower and toilet, all accessible to people with reduced mobility.

Second floor: 3 bedrooms (a large children bedroom with two bunk beds for 4 people, a bedroom with a 140cm double bed, and a bedroom with two 90cm single beds), a bathroom with shower, and separated toilets.

Outside: 2 terraces (double orientation, south and west) with electrical awning and/or sunshades, tables, chairs and deck chairs, plancha, all within a garden with trees and flowers.

Parking space for 2 cars, which can be locked.

Kitchen equipment: Fridge with a small freezer, oven, induction cooking-tray, dish-washer, washing-machine, coffee maker and Nespresso machine, toaster, kettle.

Access:
By car - There is a parking space for 2 cars.
By train - From the railway station in Toulon or Hyères, one must take a bus to the centre of Cavalaire. The house is accessible from the bus stop in 10 minutes by foot.
