Bigger Splash Villa ist bemerkenswert gebaut, gebaut in einem mehrstöckigen Design. Es ist nur ein kurzer Spaziergang zu den berühmten Stränden von Baths und Spring Bay auf Virgin Gorda. Als eine der weniger touristischen Inseln ist es ideal für einen ruhigen Urlaub mit Stränden, die Sie oft ganz für sich alleine haben!

Derzeit kann nur das Cottage gebucht werden. Dank der klimatisierten Schlafgelegenheiten für bis zu vier Personen (ein Schlafzimmer mit Queensize-Bett und ein Schlafsofa im Wohnbereich) genießen Sie absolute Privatsphäre. Es gibt ein Vollbad.

Der große, private Pool ist fantastisch und bietet Zugang zu einer Außendusche.

Bigger Splash is the perfect way to enjoy all Virgin Gorda has to offer. The villa is roomy and comfortable. Cathy-Ann the property manager is amazing. She met us at the airport, arranged for reservations at restaurant, and took care of all our needs.

Lovely getaway

Comfortable home with beautiful views. Great location next to the baths. We enjoyed the pool, was great to jump in to cool down after traveling around the island. Kitchen had enough for basic cooking, we did breakfast and alternated between lunch & dinner in. Cathy was great with answering questions and providing us with suggestions on dinner. Thanks so much for a great stay!

We thoroughly enjoyed our relaxing stay in this private, well equipped and comfortable villa. The children (4, 6, 9 and 10) had a great time. The Baths and Spring Bay are within walking distance. Plenty of space and character. Will definitely return and recommend to others.

A Beautiful Property

Bigger Splash was an excellent choice for our week-long visit to Virgin Gorda. Located a short walk from The Baths and several adjoining beaches, it had everything we needed. The bedrooms were cool and comfortable. The central living and dining area was huge, with views and verandas on three sides. The pool was a big plus. The kitchen was large and well equipped for guests who like to cook. The place was immaculately clean and the manager, Cathy Ann, could not have been nicer or more accommodating.

Great location and views

We had a great stay. Nice to be able to walk to the Baths (get there before 8:00 am to avoid heaving crowds). Great breakfast lunch place up there too). House was set up well and beds were very comfortable. Note: listing says washer and dryer, but we did not have access to it. Our property manager (who was awesome) would do laundry for you when you wanted, but you could not do it on your own. We had a few minor issues while there and Cathy, our property manager handled them quickly.Virgin Gorda note: bring deep woods off with you!

We had a wonderful time. The descriptions of Queen sized beds were incorrect. They were actually full sized. Also 2 bedrooms had outdoor only showers. The master bedroom’s outdoor shower walks directly out to the pool. It was somewhat inconvenient for showering and enjoying the pool at the same time. Overall though the house and location were great! Highly recommend but just need to be more accurate in their descriptions.

Nice retreat

The location was great! It was definitely within walking distance of The Baths and Mad Dog Cafe (which I recommend over the pricier, but not better, food at Top of the Baths restaurant). We drove to nearby Spring Bay and just loved that beach area. The house had great views and wonderful breezes would flow throughout the upstairs. It did not bother us that this area did not have A/C (our trip was in February). The kitchen was well enough equipped for our breakfast and lunch needs. We ate out for dinner every night. The bedrooms were comfortable and housekeeping stopped by twice during our 1 wk stay to make sure we had fresh towels and offered to do laundry for us. The outdoor furniture by the pool was comfortable as well, however the outdoor metal furniture upstairs was not. We used the dining table chairs instead to enjoy our morning coffee. We loved how the property had several levels as it gave our family room to spread out and not feel on top of each other (my husband and I brought my sister and father with us). All in all, we were very satisfied with the property and would recommend it to friends.

Thank you for the feedback. Yes, between the breezes from every side and ceiling fans, the upper level definitely stays cool (and of course guests can use A/C in their bedrooms as needed). We will take a look at the furniture and assess for replacement.

Amazing House, Fantastic Location, Highly Recommended

We were 6 adults ages 19 to early 60s on a mom daughter trip and the house was perfect for us. Bigger splash is a beautiful, well maintained home in a perfect location. The house is literally steps from the famous Baths. There is also an equally gorgeous free beach just a 5 minute easy walk. The house is very clean. It has four nice bedrooms and 3.5 baths with 2 outdoor showers. We absolutely loved the outdoor showers. The pool is private and perfect for a dip in the evening after a day at the beach. Our girls said it was a “Game changer”. The bedrooms are comfortably air conditioned and the common areas get a beautiful island breeze. The views from the many decks are nothing short of spectacular. Cathy was great from start to finish. We had a chef arranged one night and it was wonderful. Groceries were ordered in advance and waiting. The price of this house is so reasonable compared to outrageously expensive hotels and offers location, privacy, a full kitchen, daily cleaning, a private pool and room to spread out. I don’t know why anyone would want to spend thousands more for less. I highly recommend Bigger Splash! Thank you Cathy!

Amazing villa right near The Baths

My family and I traveled to Virgin Gorda and spent a few days at the bigger splash and couldn’t have had a better time. The villa has everything you need to feel comfortable and right at home. The rooms are comfortable, clean and well decorated. You are very close to the baths-within walking distance, which is a great location to watch the sunset. One thing to note is that each of the bedrooms is self-contained, in they are not they are not connected through a common indoor space. So when you leave one bedroom, you’re in an exterior space where you go up or down stairs to get to the common living area. This didn’t bother us at all but if you have small kids, it could be a challenge. The pool and the landscaping are outstanding, we love spending time out there. A few nights, we grilled out on the charcoal grill and enjoyed lovely meals sitting outside. Our trip was in late November, so the lack of AC in the bother us as we left the sliding doors open for a cross breeze. Yet I could see in warmer months this could be a problem. I’d like to highlight the exceptional service that Cathy provided us. She was there to answer any questions and to help us with any of our needs. If you’re looking for a beautiful location to vacation in Virgin Gorda, Bigger Splash is the way to go!.

Paradise!

Our stay at The Bigger Splash was amazing! The views from all over the house and especially the crows nest were magical! We coordinated a few things in advance with Cathy and she greeted us at the ferry and escorted us in our rental car to the house. After that, once I figured out how to use my email and phone, it was easy to coordinate housekeeping and reach her for any other questions. For whatever reason I was not able to text or email her when using the house Wi-Fi. I had put an travel plan on my Verizon phone for $10 a day. It connected to the local cell service, and that allowed me to contact her. I'm not sure if that was my issue or if others might experience it too. We didn't have any problems with the house. I would say it is not a good set up if you have young kids, but it was perfect for our older children! The housekeeper, Greta, was so sweet! She came twice and cleaned and did laundry for us. She left fresh picked flowers in most of the rooms! We would definitely stay there again! We used Mahogany for our rental car and Dive BVI for diving. Would highly recommend both! We ate at Chez Bamboo (delicious) The Island Pot, Hog Heaven (food was great, view was breathtaking! ) Sugarcane at Nail Bay, Coco Maya, and Sugar Mill at Little Dix. I would go back to all of them except Sugar Mill. It was good, We just thought ridiculously expensive. We took the ferry from gun Creek to Bitter End and a had a wonderful day there! We shopped at Riteway and bucks- both great!

Luxury and Natural Beauty in One Villa

Bigger Splash is a recently renovated, well-maintained villa in one of the best spots on Earth. It's just a short walk from the magical Baths; you can see the house from the porch of Mad Dog, one of the two great restaurants at the top of the Baths. The same 70-million-year-old volcanic boulders that create stunning coves and grottoes at the Baths also decorate the villa's yard, for an effect you have to see to believe. Next to the Baths is Devil's Bay, a cool little swimming and snorkeling spot with a cave and beautiful rock formations. A slightly longer walk, or a few-minute drive, gets you to Spring Bay, another gorgeous beach sheltered by more of the same boulders. The villa is covered with decks and porches that offer breathtaking views of Virgin Gorda, the Caribbean and other islands. The bedrooms are nicely appointed, and each has its own full bath, including two outdoor showers. Our concierge, Cathy Ann, greeted us at the waterfront when we arrived and helped us get to the house. She was always available to answer questions or give advice. One of our boys cut his foot on a rock, and she told us where to get the best medical care. The housekeeper, Gina, appeared a few times during the week to expertly wash and fold our clothes and tidy up the house. The beautiful pool, with its multi-colored lights, was a nice touch, especially for our young daughter, who spent just about every moment in the pool when we weren't in the Caribbean. The villa might be a bit tricky for some families to navigate, with the master bedroom, cottage and pool on separate levels from the common area, kitchen and second and third bedrooms. To travel between those levels, you must climb an outdoor staircase that isn't sheltered from the rain. This wasn't really a problem for our family, but it may pose difficulties for others. The sprawling, comfortable common area (where there's a large smart TV) and dining room don't have AC, but you can open all the sliders and get nice breezes. In the evening, with the powerful ceiling fans going, it wasn't uncomfortable at all. My only wish is that the kitchen had AC, as it was a little tougher to get air circulating there. All the other rooms have AC, along with smart TVs, and are totally comfortable for sleeping or relaxing. Those are minor notes. All in all, this villa is an alluring combo of luxury and natural beauty in an unbeatable locale. My family would gladly stay there again.

Location location location

Cathy Ann met us at the ferry from Beef Island, as did the representative from Speedy’s rental cars. Check-in was flawless. We arrived late afternoon in late September and were disappointed to find the living areas of the house are decidedly not air-conditioned, although the bedrooms are. The breezes in the morning make the early part of the day bearable, but late afternoon sure makes you wish the owners had opted for air-conditioning instead of the 3rd floor observation tower (which went largely unused). This was especially evident when we decided to cook in one night. I might add that a good grocery store, Right Way, is nearby. The bed linens and pillows were substandard, though the bedrooms themselves were spacious with plenty of windows. The kitchen is poorly equipped for preparing any substantial meal, though there at 2 restaurants at top of the baths which are within easy, easy walking distance. The villa comes with at least 2 large HD TVs …. But no cable. Make sure you bring somebody with you who can hook up your laptop or iPad to the TVs, if you want to watch anything at the Villa.

Plenty of Room and Close to The Baths

Very spacious with nice ocean views Loved having our own pool to relax in the afternoons. Walking distance to The Baths as well as food and drinks. Had groceries delivered before our arrival and they were put away and waiting for us when we arrived It was just my husband and I thought it would have been great for several couples to vacation together.

Just what we needed for our family with the baths almost in our backyard!

Everyone in our family loved Bigger Splash, from the pool to the "high place" with a 360-degree view, the Caribbean on one side and the Atlantic on the other, a rainbow almost every day and sunrises and sunsets not like any others we have seen. The Baths were so close we could walk and the restaurant was very convenient. Well-stocked grocery stores were nearby. We didn't have many problems but the one or two we did have Debbie took care of quickly and she was at the ferry to greet us and show us to the house. Margaret, the housekeeper, responded efficiently and good-naturedly to any requests we had. We also had a birthday pool party and an evening meal by Chef Chet and the food was wonderful. Everything about the property is accurately portrayed on the website, so you can tell from looking at the photos whether it's suitable for your needs. We had a toddler who loved all the steps, so we had to keep a sharp eye out but he did fine. A real highlight of our stay was the chartered half-day sail with "Clinton" on the La Boheme to one of the Dog Islands for snorkeling. It was great and we felt totally safe with our captain, who has a lifetime of sailing experience.

Impressive

This is an amazing property that is well cared for. The house and grounds are set-up well and the location is ideal (short walk to the Baths). The kids loved the pool and the rooms were well equipped with great bedding. The porches/balconies/tower offered places galore to relax, eat and enjoy the many views (near and far). We will be coming back!

We can't wait to stay here again!

The property is gorgeous! The pool is amazing and where we spent most of our time. The quick walk to the Baths was so convenient (literally 5 mins or less). We opened the windows and the breeze was wonderful through the great room. We ate dinner and lunch on the balcony each night and it was wonderful. We also loved the rooftop deck with a view! Josette and Debbie were both great to work with and super responsive. Can't wait to plan our next trip back!

Amazing stay!

House and pool was amazing. Very well maintained and clean. Large grill on patio and kitchen has everything you need. Walk to baths is 5 mins. If you go in the morning you will have the whole place to yourself. Stop by Mad Dog for a rum punch and darts. Spent a day at savannah beach. Great beach and had the whole thing to ourselves.

This property is truly beautiful.

Our favorite areas were the pool and the lounge area at the top of the spiral staircase. The view is awesome from there. We would definitely stay here again!

Loved it!

We had a wonderful time, would definitely recommend "The Bigger Splash" to anyone visiting Virgin Gorda! It was a little piece of paradise away from home! Debbie was wonderful and very accessible for anything we needed (Brown too!). Everyone was friendly, we hope to visit again!
