Villa Nevis ist eine atemberaubende neue, moderne Villa in einer Wohnanlage mit 6 Wohneinheiten. Nevis hat eine großartige Lage in fußlĂ€ufiger Entfernung zu einigen schönen Bars, Restaurants und zum Meer und bietet seitlichen Meerblick von der Villa. Entworfen von dem hoch angesehenen Ramon Esteve Estudio, erstreckt es sich ĂŒber drei Etagen und wurde geschaffen, um das GefĂŒhl von Licht und Raum zu maximieren. Es verfĂŒgt ĂŒber 4 Schlafzimmer (2 mit en-Suiten), 4 Badezimmer, einen offenen Wohnbereich mit doppelter Höhe, Spiel- und KinorĂ€ume und einen privaten Pool. Es gibt acht LiegestĂŒhle und einen großen Sonnenschirm neben dem Pool. Das Spielzimmer verfĂŒgt ĂŒber einen großen Mehrspieltisch, der als Billardtisch, Airhockey-Tisch, Tischtennisplatte und ein separates Tischfußballfeld genutzt werden kann. Jedes Schlafzimmer hat einen Außenbereich, sei es ein kleiner Balkon oder ein Innenhof. Es befindet sich in der kleinen KĂŒstenstadt Moraira, die von den FlughĂ€fen Valencia oder Alicante aus zu erreichen ist.

Fantastic week in the sun

Lovely property which was exactly as described. We were 4 adults and 1 teen and having 4 bedrooms and bathrooms was amazing. Pool is a good size which enough sunbeds for us all. Lovely welcome pack waiting for us when we arrived which was good as it was Sunday and most shops were closed. We ate at the Algas beach bar a couple of times. Would recommend the cocktails. Lovely area. Would definitely stay again if we return to the area.

Beautiful villa very spacious and clean, with great facilities! Loved the pool and the games room! Supermarket, some restaurants and seafront all within walking distance. Great communication with the owners throughout the enquiry/booking process.

Great Stay!

The villa was super clean, with every convenience you could want. To be able to do laundry with a hot air dryer was a bonus. Close to groceries, restaurants, bars and beaches, the villa was in a great location. Communication with the owners was excellent. If we’re ever back, Villa Nevis will be where we will stay. Loved it!

Elegant modern villa in great location.

The property is as beautiful in real life as it is in the photos. Paula the contact there was very helpful and there was a collection of food and drink items when we arrived, which was a lovely touch. The house and kitchen are kitted out with everything you could want and the pool area is the perfect place to while away long days with cold drinks and bbq fish! Would highly recommend this property. Thanks for a lovely stay.

Lovely villa location not good for all

My wife has mobility problems and this villa is up a very steep road. The route to the beach is even worse.We had to go everywhere by car. Think this should be mentioned on the detail. Parking difficult.

Wonderful stay in a lovely villa

We had a lovely holiday. The villa had everything we needed. The villa is very modern with a lovely pool and is situated within walking distance of some great restaurants. Moraira is within walking distance but was very hot when we walked it. We got a taxi back from the taxi rank. The area could do with a few more taxis and need to book in advance. Alicante Private Transfers picked us up from the airport on time but was a little late on the return journey but still managed to get us to the airport in time for our flight. We would definitely recommend a stay in this lovely villa. rank. Th

Stunning villa - even better 'in the flesh'!

Amazing villa and perfect for a family with older children. The villa was more spacious than it looked from the photos - the open plan lounge/kitchen/diner has floor to ceiling windows and doors that open out on to the pool area. Perfect for an al fresco morning coffee or a drink before dinner. The real hit for our teenage kids was the basement - a twin room for them with a bathroom, the games room (kitted out with dart board, table tennis, pool table and table football!) and a huge sofa with flat screen TV for family movie nights. I honestly could not think of anything that could be improved. The only thing I would say is not really suitable for small children due to the stone/tiled stairs and lack of handrails. The properly manager was excellent - great communication and responded immediately even in the evening when we had a problem with a blocked drain. We will definitely be back! Thank you :)

Fabulous family holiday

Communication from Sam the owner was excellent. Michelle from Whitecoast the agents was an absolute superstar, so helpful with checking us in. The villa itself is lovely, modern and bright with everything you need. Secure, private and peaceful . It was perfect for us, Grandparents, parents and 8 year son. Huge supermarket just across the road, lovely restaurants less than 10 minutes walk away, and the little rocky beach near by was a hit with our grandson who enjoyed spending time exploring the rock pools and crabbing. The walk into Moraira itself is manageable, about 20 mins for us all together and both the town and the sandy beach are lovely. We really enjoyed having our own pool at the villa (our grandson was barely out if it!) and the games room was great and well used in the evenings. We would highly recommend the Food Hall, the staff were lovely and the food delicious every time we ate there. We didn’t have a car so Grandad did find the walk up the steep drive way to the villa a bit of a challenge!! Never stopped us getting out and about though so easily doable if you’re a little younger/fitter! We thoroughly enjoyed our time at the villa and would definitely recommend it.

Cooles Haus, zentral, trotzdem ruhig

Sehr modernes, neues und wunderschönes Haus! Ich war mit 4 Jugendlichen dort. Der Keller mit Tischkicker, Billard, Dart etc. und der Pool wurden stark genutzt. Es ist alles im Haus vorhanden, was man braucht und noch mehr. Viele Restaurants und Bars sind zu Fuß zu erreichen. Sehr zu empfehlen.

Fabulous stay in Moraira. Villa was fantastic, great location in a gated area. Area really safe The only downside is we didn’t have a car and although the local amenities were great that you didn’t need it. The supermarket is a 5 minute walk. Plenty of restaurants to choose from too within walking distance. Enjoyed the food bar, cha cha bar and Sobores. The local transport was none existent if you wanted to go any day trips. That being said we did managed to get to DĂ©nia and would highly recommend Altea which we got through get your guide. Half an hour walk into the centre of Moraria.

October half term, family trip

We travelled with our 2 daughters 3 years old and 1 year old. Our friends and thier 1 year old. The accommodation was stunning! We were so pleased and it is as described. In hindsight it isn't very baby friendly. With our x2 1 year olds constantly crawling around the stairs we're a worry. Stair gates for families staying would be a great idea. We were so pleased and would definitely stay again when the kids are a little older. If we were to stay again we would definitely hire a car as we felt this was needed to go to the shop, get to the sandy beach with 3 kids and get rid of rubbish bags.

Great holiday

Just spent a week with friends at this villa. We had an amazing time and would not hesitate to recommend to friends or family. Games room/tv room is great addition. We used during day to chill out and watch movie when too warm. Layout of villa was perfect for us. The supermarket (Pepe le Sal) is about 15 minute walk and has everything you need including a great butchers/bakery. Taxi rank next to supermarket so you can call taxi to take you back with shopping. I would recommend the food bar, magia pizzeria (across road from each other) and the olive tree for food. All within 15 minute walk of villa. Some lovely bars nearby aswell with views overlooking the sea. The new bakery was lovely for breakfast/coffee. Took us about 30 minutes to walk to el portet (sandy beach) and centre or Moraria. We had cocktails at bar eleven and ate in lovely Greek restaurant just off the seafront. Would recommend booking restaurants in advance during high season.

Amazing house

An amazing house for my stay with my parents and my two boys (ages 9&10) the game room was such a hit as was the pool. Kitchen well stocked, a quick drive to the grocery store and a quick walk to a rocky beach which my boys preferred over the sandy beaches at el portet. A great stay- can’t wait to return!

mooi en modern huis

Het is is modern ingericht en alles is aanwezig. Het zwembad viel tegen. Het was helemaal niet gekuist en de inrichting rondom is zeker aan vernieuwing toe.
