Fully Renovated in 2012 and the kitchen in 2022, this spacious luxury villa on the Marco Waterfront has a 'South West' facing heated pool for 'all day' sunshine. With four bedrooms and three baths this home features a large living and family room with vaulted ceilings. In addition, a formal dining room and kitchen area are also available to help make your family vacation most enjoyable. Our home is located in the quiet River Section of Marco Island and sits on a large 'Direct Access' waterfront lot to the Gulf of Mexico. Featuring a large 15x30 foot screened in heated pool, a pool cabana with 1/2 bath, an outdoor shower, an outdoor wet bar and private lanai for sunning and dining. This home offers the perfect Holiday escape from the everyday stresses of life. There is also a large deck and a dock with extra wide steps that go down to the water for a close up look at the marine life in the area. Ideally set up to accommodate all members of your family, with plenty of space and privacy for all. Come, stay and relax in over 3,000 square feet of air conditioned comfort and enjoy a slice of Paradise.


This home features high cathedral ceilings with crown moldings, 16 foot sliding doors leading out to a deck overlooking the waterway and pool, two Master Bedrooms, both have King Size Beds. There is cable TV in the master room bedroom and the Family Room. The other rooms have TV's for video games and way too many other features to list. This home truly is the perfect Marco Island getaway.

Cable and Wireless Internet Access throughout the entire House and Lanai. Been to Marco almost a dozen times in various houses and this one is top notch. Great location, quiet street, nice layout, and the dock access was a blast for the kids fishing and boating. Host was amazing, very helpful and informative. Thank you Juan!

The pool was great under the screened area. The kitchen had everything we needed. There was plenty of living area for everyone to spread out. We were able to see both manatees and dolphins in the canal.

Amazing vacation home

We loved staying at the property. The dock access and the pool was our favorite the house was very ample and had plenty of room and it felt cozy. The only thing I would change was the lock on the ac which made the day a bit unbearable. Other than that we loved it

Great Vacation home

We had a great time at this house. It was perfect for a group of Moms and daughters on spring break. The location was perfect, the pool was delightful and the neighborhood was quiet. We had one hiccup with the previous renter checking out late which delayed our check-in. The host communicated with us and it was not a big deal in the end. I would highly recommend this Vrbo in the future.

Our family owns a condo in Hammock Bay, but there are too many of us to all stay in the same place. We rented this property to give us more "wiggle room". Juan was an excellent communicator, and we will be returning next year!

Perfect fit for our group

The home was nice and spacious for our group of ten. The pool was nice and big and we spent endless hours playing in it. Owner was excellent at communicating. It’s a quiet neighborhood that is easy to get to. Plenty of bath and pool towels provided.

Home with a FANTASTIC layout.

The house was clean and hah a fantastic layout especially for or family of 8. The kitchen has everything you need. We were able to contact Juan whenever needed. The only issue that it seems this house, as well as pretty much all houses on Marco have, is the AC. Juan sent someone over right away to look at it which did improve some. So happy to have been able to enjoy the house with our family.

BEST Family Rental

This rental by far was the BEST one my family and I have stayed in. The house was beyond our expectations. It was extremely beautiful and the pool was so amazing. Always heated at the perfect temperature. The views off the decks were spectacular during sunsets. The location was great and so close to everything. My family and I made some wonderful memories and we hope to stay in this rental again in the near future. Thank you so much to the owners who were exceptional with how quick with responses to any questions I had. This vacation was an incredible one especially because of this rental. Thanks again!

Perfect in every way.

This home was exactly what we were looking for to take our large family of 7 plus grandparents away for March Break. The set up of the house is perfect allowing privacy but also provided large spaces to come together as well. The kids loved the bunk room and of course the pool and honestly we had so much fun. Everything was just as described and we couldn't have asked for a better vacation. Juan was super duper easy to work with and communicate and always replied to me promptly when I had a question. I really hope we get to return to his home again. Thank you for helping make our vacation a memorable one.

Yes. Everything we hoped for

Great location. We brought the boat so easy jump on and head to the beach or just cruise the canals or head to Snook Inn. The house is as pictured. Our kids called it “beach house”. Outside shower was amazing. Lots of pool toys, life jackets, bikes, beach chairs and coolers. We brought our own baby fence for the Littles but we live 1 hour away. They thought of everything. Large enough for family and friends to spread out and communication with owners was terrific. Absolutely would stay here again.

Nice home but plan ahead

This property is located in a nice and quiet neighborhood but distant from restaurants and the beach side of the island. Would need bikes or a car to get around. Host Juan was very responsive to questions and concerns which was nice and he was very kind as well. The home is lacking in basic amenities so plan ahead as you may need a majority of the basics for your trip. As an example, I needed to purchase plastic cups, hangers, salt, tp, trash bags, dish, dishwasher, laundry detergent and hand soap. The home is spacious and we enjoyed our stay despite the initial setbacks of not having the basics.

We loved Marco Island. This house was perfect for our group. The owner has picked a fantastic management company. We arrived to half the house being 83 degrees. A repair man arrived within an hour. While the problem was not a quick fix they kept in contact with us. We had to wait until Monday for a new unit to be installed but we knew what the plan was and understand some things just can’t be done on the weekend. The outside area of the house is amazing. The pool, deck and dock area are large and there were ample chairs and tables. The boys loved fishing off the dock. The neighborhood was quiet and felt very safe. We really enjoyed our stay and plan to return

Family time

First off the owner was amazing and very helpful for any questions we had . The house was priced right . Some things in the house are very outdated. The couch in the one living room was not able to be used because the cushions slid all over the place. Some of the beds were very uncomfortable. Issues with some of the tvs working in the bedrooms. We also had a some Issues with the pool there was no net in the filter . However if you're looking for a affordable place with a owner who is very responsive I would recommend this place

Way More then Expected!!!!

I really loved this property, id love to have a property just like it. literally as soon as we walked in we felt at home. The property is SO spacious there were 8 to 10 of us on and off throughout our week stay. We range in ages from 4-50 years old. We have stayed a plenty of vacation rentals before and this one was truly a GEM!. There were more then plenty towels , plates, pots pans and cups. At previous rentals we had to purchase these things just to accommodate everyone. It was very clean. The master bed room!!! I loved the dock my children and myself outside of swimming every night, we went fishing and caught a lot of blue catfish. There were items already provided to go to the beach, ie: chairs, life jackets, cooler. Juan the property owner impeccable customer service, very friendly and responsive felt like I was talking to a friend. The house was centrally located to all the activities I booked. Most of all the last night before we had to say goodbye :( , Juan set us up with a boat excursion to watch the sunset , although it clouded over we went to Keewaydin Island. Beautiful! The captain of the boat Roger is a really great guy, helping us find shells, trying to catch fish with the kids, walked us out on the gulf which was only knee deep for what seemed like forever. Dolphins playing in the wake of the boat. All of it was perfect, next time I would definitely stay longer, Nobody was ready to go. I really appreciate that Juan keeps his property up. Having a inviting comfortable place to stay and have family time really can make all the difference.
