Three bedrooms plus den with 1 king bed, 2 queen beds and 1 single bed, multiple lanai spaces, 2.5 bathrooms, washer and dryer in unit, 2 story town home, attached garage for one car, close to pool.

Very spacious, this 3 bedroom, 3 bathroom town home is beautifully decorated in neutral colors and presents a true island flare from rich deep wood tones, carvings that help depict a tropical theme and artwork displaying landmarks familiar to our island. Beautifully upgraded with granite counter tops, stainless steel appliances, and much more. The attached garage (you can only park one vehicle in garage, although you can get a parking pass for an additional vehicle) leads to direct access to the home for convenience and ease. The tropical grounds will set the scene with swaying palm trees, a pool with water features and a spacious BBQ area for outdoor cooking. You will feel right at home with everything you will need to make your stay in paradise extra special. A perfect getaway!

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was more than happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Everything was as good or better than expected. We were very pleased with the house. Wished we could have has better views or within walking distance of anything. Definitely worth the money and if we have a good size group, we would definitely stay here again.

Great big space! Lovely property. The baseboards and lighting fixtures look like they haven't been wiped down in awhile, but it's an easy fix :) a nice area, close to a playground, and walking distance from some food trucks! :)

This was a great overall stay. We loved the location! It was easy to check in.The only thing was the second parking was challenging to get a pass, when I requested a multiple times in advance.The area made up for it and it was spacious for our family.

It was a really nice condo with lots of space and situated in a beautiful part of Kauai Island in Princeville. The Hanalei beach was very close by.The pool on the property was also a nice addition with the waterfall and hot tub. The host was very responsive if we had any questions. The condo was very nice. There were some problems with the WiFi the first couple days but seemed to be okay after that. There were dirty frying pans and cooking utensils in the cabinets. The tv cable box was disconnected so we left it that way so just a heads up on that.

Rating Details: The property manager was somewhat unhelpful. The vacation rental was clean. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This is the third time we’ve stayed at the Nihilani condos and we love them! This particular condo was our favorite location because it was so close to the pool. It was nice to be able to prep food and take it to the grill and come back to the house to eat. There were a few minor issues like some of the beach chairs were broken or showing LOTS of wear and tear. Also, the house was not as clean as we would’ve expected. Nothing super gross, it just looked like the cleaners rushed and miss some obvious things (dirty diaper next to the trashcan, dirty dishes in the dishwasher and a tag stuck to the shower wall). We had two vehicles and were told to contact the grounds keeper for a parking permit. We reached out but never heard back from him. We also texted the management company and didn’t hear back from them either. Overall, it’s a great condo and we would definitely stay here again!
