Mahalo for checking out my condo for your special time her on beautiful Kauai!
We have recently made some upgrades to our home away from home, including all new linens. We also now have an on-site Co-host to help you with anything you may need during your stay.
Enjoy your trip to the Garden Island in this comfortable, light, spacious condo on the North Shore. Located in Princeville you will be a short walk to the Makai golf and tennis club as well as walking trails and beaches. The community hosts restaurants, shopping, community center, and large playground. It is a short drive to Hanalei and Anini' beaches, Kilauea lighthouse, local markets, hiking and Na'pali coast tours. When not out exploring all Kauai has to offer you can relax and take a swim in the lovely waterfall pool and hot tub on the grounds.
The bedrooms both have comfortable king size beds and the pull out queen size bed in the LR can accommodate 1-2 more guests. The master bedroom has an en suite with a walk in closet while the 2nd bedroom has a bathroom right outside the door. There are 4 beach chairs with an umbrella, coolers and beach towels for use to enjoy the beautiful clear waters of the island.

Condo was great place: clean, next to pool, room to spread out. Especially loved the large patio/lanai. Perfect location for the north shore, near beautiful beaches. Would stay again.

Lovely stay!

We had a great time staying at this condo! The AC was perfect and kept the whole until cool throughout the day. The location was great and very close to dining and shopping. There were many helpful emails throughout the stay from the property manager and really helped us feel welcome. Overall I would definitely stay here again!

The property was exactly as pictured and perfect for our family of 5 with one child sleeping on the pull out sofa in the living room. Beds were all very comfy, location of pool just outside our lanai was wonderful, and Princeville is a lovely place to stay when exploring the north shore. We will definitely stay again. Mahalo!

Great Place

This was a good stay for our family! We used this location as a hub for activities and sleep. Comfortable beds and all the needed amenities to help refuel for the next days adventure. Kids enjoyed the hot tub and pool while parents grilled. Located close to a market for food and short drive to Hanalei Bay. Mornings were beautiful to walk and run through with the mountains and ocean as a backdrop. Very safe area. Would stay here again.

We’re a family of five and this condo in Princeville was the perfect place to stay for exploring the North Shore. It truly felt like a home away from home — we had everything we needed and even more.Positives: The living space is spacious and comfortable, the air conditioning works great, and the kitchen is extremely well-equipped — perfect for family meals. Parking was also very easy and convenient.Only downside: The pool, while nice, was often quite busy and located directly in front of the lanai, which made it a bit less private at times. Can also be great if you need yo watch your kids in the pool while having a glass of wine. Overall, a fantastic stay in a beautiful location — we would absolutely recommend it !

Wonderful

Loved staying at this property. It's a lower level condo with access to the pool directly across a small lawn. Everything was very clean and Laura, our property manager, went above and beyond to make sure any of our needs were met. Foodland supermarket is right at the entrance to the neighborhood which is amazing and there are restaurants in the same center. Will return and would recommend!

Amazing spot with incredible property manager

This condo was perfect for our family of five. We were there for 9 nights and enjoyed every second. The condo was clean and well stocked and it was right next to the pool which was great for our family. There was a gym we used too! And Laura the property manager!!! WOW! She was kind, attentive and just wonderful in so many ways. We felt at home because of her.

The space was very clean. Parking was easy. Heather was our contact and she was amazing to work with. There is no central AC but there were two portable units in each bedroom and that kept it cool enough. The internet did not work. Heather did everything she could to try and fix it but it never got resolved while we were there. Overall, it was a lovely place to stay for a few days, conveniently located if you are ok with driving to where you want to go. We would stay there again.

Great Stay For Family with Kids on North Shore!

This was our first time staying on Kauai. This condo was the perfect location. It took less than 10 minutes to get to anywhere in the area we needed to go including Hanalei. We were traveling with our two toddlers so it was a pleasant surprise to have the pool right across the grassy area pretty much in front of our outdoor area. The kids used the pool every day. It was the highlight of the stay. The condo was very cozy and spacious. Could have easily had another family there. Laura was very communicative and check in/check out was easy. We even ran into her on our way in and she warmly greeted us. Would love to stay here again on our next visit. Thanks Laura!

Schöne Wohnung in gepflegter Anlage

Die Wohnung ist komplett eingerichtet und war sehr sauber. Die Betreuung durch Ozeanfront reality war - insbesondere durch die App - sehr gut. Pool und Grünanlagen waren sehr gepflegt. Ein schöner Ort zum Abschalten. Die Klimaanlage war leider nur in einem der beiden Schlafzimmer und im Wohnraum.

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This is likely the 6th unit in the Plantation that I have stayed in (all two bedroom). I enjoy the location convenience of and layout of the two bedrooms as well as the pool access. Parking is OK most of the time. Clean and modern furniture nice. Prefer sofa bed in living room which this unit did not have. More keys than the one in the lock box is also preferred. The lights in the master bathroom didn't work...maybe a breaker problem, so access to breaker would have helped. Didn't want to be bothered by calling maintenance so I just moved a small lamp into the bathroom.

It's a great area for North Shore, though we did have quite a drive when getting to the other areas of the island. We were very happy with the space and rooms. There were a few areas in the condo that needed repair but overall was lovely. We made use of beach chairs and boogie boards. Our specific condo was not on the main drive and a bit difficult to locate in the dark, so I wish the instructions were a bit more explicit. Would definitely recommend staying here!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: I had a very good stay. Love the North Shore. Second time I’ve stayed at this unit. Reasonable priced unit and nice complex. Area doesn’t have the congestion that the south side does. Would stay in this unit again. This unit does need some updating. Some lights are not working, shower head in big bedroom doesn’t work well, microwave touchscreen frame taped on and owner keeps a car in the garage so it is unavailable. Dust collecting on higher areas such as kitchen cabinets. These are not major issues. It’s still a beautiful unit. Many people prefer the area around Poipu because they think it has more to do. But I like the lushness and beauty of the North.
