You will not be disappointed as you step into this 3 bedroom condo and discover the great features such as travertine, granite, wood flooring, plantation shutters and extra touches throughout! The unit's floorplan allows for separate areas for the guests to retreat with the different locations within. Located on the second floor, and accommodating up to 8 guests, this unit is a rare find. The complex amenities will put you at ease with the relaxing hot tub and the sparkling swimming pool for days filled with fun! Off to the beach, you only have a short distance to get to the most popular and best beach on the South shore, "Poipu Beach". Activities, shopping, restaurants, golfing and beaches are conveniently close by! Your paradise vacation is waiting for you here at unit 1C at Pili Mai!

This VRBO unit was better than expected, which is not common. Clean, convenient, very nicely stocked, including shampoo and conditioner. The amenities are top notch as well. We will definitely be back!

Beautiful property!! Loved the view from the back patio. Nice pool but hot tub out of order. Had everything you could possibly need in the condo. The only issue was cleaning staff could improve. Arrived to makeup on the master bath counter. Toothpaste on the faucet. Obviously did not sweep under the kitchen table or bar stools as there were a lot of crumbs. Would definitely stay again with the hopes that the cleaning staff does a better job next time.

The Pili Mai development is quite the hidden gem in Poipu. It’s a modern complex of condos that’s tastefully designed and well landscaped. Our family enjoyed the amenities including the pool and lounge areas. It’s also centrally located with a quick drive to Poipu Beach, which we loved.Unit 1C was a fantastic choice for our family of four. Plenty of space and beds for everyone, with a modern kitchen and dining area. We also found the in unit washer and dryer very helpful and the beach and snorkel equipment in garage a nice addition.We caught quite a few memorable sunrises from the east facing balcony, which had a lovely view of the open and wild landscape. We preferred this over the manicured view of a golf course.Couple of things to note-a) This second floor unit’s 3 bedroom, the one with the two single beds, does not get much of the AC cooling compared to the rest and the condo. So both the ceiling and floor fans stayed on the whole night for our kids.b) Communication with the management company could be improved. The texting line was helpful but responses were delayed and no one conveyed their name.c) Maintenance and service was scheduled in our unit without prior notice so we woke up to a crew wanting entry. We just didn’t feel comfortable and didn’t want adjust our schedule and need for rest.Notwithstanding- we enjoyed our stay and time in Kauai and look forward to returning to Pili Mai in the future.

Immaculate Condo

It was in a beautiful Condo area, close toshops and restaurants, and a 4 minute drive to beach. The Condo was immaculate and had a nice pool and hot tub, great covered patio with views of the mountains. The condo had everything you would need for cooking ( supplies). While we were there only 3 nights it was a great stay!

We so enjoyed our stay at Pili Mai! Very spacious, open concept so we could all enjoy being together. Very clean, had everything we needed for cooking meals. Shopping, beaches all very accessible. Would highly recommend!
