This property was a home away from home. With 2 adults and 5 teenagers, this home fit us comfortably with room to spare. They paid attention to the little things that would be needed on a trip. From blow dryers, coffee filters, extra blankets and beach toys it made this trip enjoyable with little stress. We used the kitchen quite a bit and every need was available.The location was also a plus with just a 5 min drive to Poipu beach and my kids walked to a shopping village one morning with ease. The weather was beautful but gets warm so bring thw sunscreen. My only complaint was we didn't stay longer.

Nice neighborhood with basic amenities

Rating Details: The property manager was adequately helpful. The vacation rental was somewhat dirty. I was happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We are a family of six adults. The home was spacious, allowing for everyone to have their own privacy. The property is in a well-kept community. It is not within a reasonable walking distance to the beach, but there is one nearby shopping center. The home itself needs a bit of TLC. The walls have been patched with a mismatch of paint, the dishes were grimey, requiring us to wash them before use, the bathrooms felt a tad dirty. Although it is probably was amazing when first purchased, you can tell it has been rented a lot. I would suggest a deep cleaning and give the property a facelift. I think there are several properties to choose from and order to compete for bookings and return clients, the property needs to stand out as outstanding. I would not consider this home in this category.

Condo was well stocked with dishwasher tablets and laundry soap as well as body wash, shampoo and conditioner! So helpful to not have to buy/pack that! Check in was easy! Spacious condo- loved the layout. There were massive bathrooms and large closets for suitcases. Lots of information/rules to read that were posted all over the condo and at the pool/gym centre. Be sure to read through all rules carefully.

Perfect for a convenient getaway

This complex is perfect for proximity to the beach and shops while getting a more affordable price being on a quiet street away from the beach. Great pool and amenities. Would 100% stay here again.

The oven was broken and there was no hot water in the kitchen sink but everything else was perfect! Super comfortable beds and pillows. They provided beach towels and chairs. Great location, quiet neighborhood. Very roomy and comfortable place that our family really enjoyed.

Amazing Stay!

We were a group of 8, 3 separate families. This house could not have been more perfect! Every room had access to their own bathroom which was a major convenience. Nice airy space, rooms had very comfortable beds, lots of storage space. Would highly recommend this house! Thanks for an amazing stay!
