Relax on the porch which provides seating area with 4 person table and charcoal grill for grilling out. The dock has one covered boat slip available for the renter's use.

Guests are provided one paddle board, a 8 ft kayak and a10 ft kayak!

Water at the dock is too low to pull a boat in at 500 msl. Check the water levels in the off season if you plan on bringing a boat. To get the levels, google "Smith Lake water levels"

RESERVATIONS ARE NOT CONFIRMED UNTIL YOU RETURN THE RENTAL AGREEMENT TO SMITH LAKE RENTALS. NO after-prom, graduation, frat, wedding, etc parties. Any gathering larger than the Max occupancy has to be preapproved. Violation will result in eviction.
