Direct Beach Access, fully renovated beach house. Brand new pool renovated in 2026, Main floor master suite that walks out to large outdoor living space. Two story house with first floor living so you will not have endless flights of stairs. 4 large bedrooms, 3 full and 1 half bath and beautiful kitchen with built in wine and beverage cooler. Outdoor living includes private backyard oasis with lots of outdoor seating for hanging out and eating. The screened in porch is a great place to hang out for the whole family or have the kids take an afternoon nap. There is also an outdoor shower. Location is walking distance to local restaurants and bars. 3 minute walk to beach.

We had a wonderful time at this property. The location was perfect, so close to the beach and centrally located on the island. The home was spotless, had a well stocked kitchen, and all the beach toys you would need. The pool and hot tub area are fantastic and the screened porch a perfect place to relax. Anne was so helpful and a great host.

Great stay

We had a great stay here. The location was perfect on the beach block and also walking distance to some coffee shops, ice cream, and restaurants. We really enjoyed it!

Great location and very clean!

This property was very clean and the proximity to all of the local restaurants was great. Very short walk to the beach made the location better. Only a few minor issues that were addressed very quickly by the owner.

Excellent location and excellent home!

We travel to Anna Maria every year and this place was perfect. It was immaculate, well taken care of, and a perfect location. Check-in and the communication with the owner was seamless. I would recommend this to house to anyone!

Beautiful house and great location

House was immaculate. Close proximity to the beach. We rented a golf cart to get around the island which was perfect. No complaints at all and would stay here again!

Wonderful Beach Property

We had a wonderful stay at the house. The walk to the beach is perfect and the road was private with no traffic. The kids road their bikes up and down the road. Anne was fantastic to communicate with and easily adjusted the schedule to fit our needs when they changed! Would definitely recommend!

Anne made the check-in process easy. She checked on us throughout the week to see if we needed anything. The house was amazing and perfect for the six of us (2 adults and 4 children). It is modern and very well taken care of. There is plenty of space throughout the house, and the bedrooms are large as well. I liked that the floors were tiled, and there is no carpet. The kitchen also was spacious and we never felt overcrowded. The beach is a 3 minute walk, and you don't have to cross any streets. The street is private, so no one can park on the sides of the street. I think this helps to keep the masses away from this beach access point. We enjoyed that the beach was not crowded in our area. Very different than the other public access points, which were very busy. The pool was a perfect size with the hot tube. In July the pool gets full sun in the afternoon, and there is plenty of umbrellas for shade if desired. The landscaping in the backyard provided a spa-type feel. We really enjoyed the lanai on the side of the house. Very comfortable with the ceiling fans and breeze coming through. The location was perfect. Coffee shops and restaurants are very close. This was our first time in AMI; and I think that we got really lucky to find this house. We would definitely stay here again. Highly recommended.

Beautiful

This home is beautifully updated and was exactly as advertised. A very short walk to the beach, and a garage full of everything you need for a day on the sand. Kitchen was well appointed and the gas grill was perfect for cooking dinner! Comfortable furniture through the home made our stay relaxing and enjoyable!

So amazing!

The house was even more beautiful than the photos!! The residential location was perfect; very short walk to gorgeous beach that was never crowded. We are already planning a return visit. :)

What a great week we had on AMI and in this property. Nicely located near the beach with a short and nearly private direct walk to the sand, we very much enjoyed our time together. The house is larger than we figured from the photos, which was an appreciated bonus.

Wonderful!

Had a great week in this property. Pictures are accurate; place was very clean. Had everything we needed and more--appliances/dishes/etc in the kitchen; things for the beach in the garage; plentiful towels for bathrooms and beach; hot tub was lovely, and outdoor shower very handy. Location was perfect--easy walk to quiet beach, easy bike ride into town (so glad we rented bikes for the week, as driving/parking on the island can get tricky).
