Perfect house in a perfect spot close to everything! Large kitchen was great for gathering. Only nit was that it could have used more queen beds.

Superb beach house

We stayed here for the 4th of July week and it was everything we could hope for. From a terrific location, close to the beach, to the well stocked kitchen, to the cleanliness of the house, everything was excellent. We are hoping to return next year!

We love staying in this wonderful, family home. This is our second year here and we look forward to coming back again. The porch is to die for, the kitchen is perfectly stocked, and it's in the ideal location near town, beach, lake and train. I also love that the house is so big and spacious. We had 8 adults and 4 children and everyone had their own space and privacy. The porch and the kitchen were our convening places!

5 stars for this amazing house! It was perfect for a group of gals who reunited and have known each other since grammar school, high school and beyond! Spacious, clean, modern kitchen w center island great for both meal prep and gathering whenever the mood hit. The home also provide lots of other indoor and outdoor gathering spots that easily accommodated 10-12 of us. We loved the wrap around porch too - early am coffee was a treat to have there. The 3.5 bathrooms perfect for us! Beach chairs, umbrellas and wagon tote were indispensable so welcome to have on hand!! Appreciated the ceiling fans, AC and wonderful finishing touches!

Stay in Bay Head

The property was fine! Access to the beach was easy. Some basics were missing, however: toilet paper, dishwasher detergent, soap and coffee filters, for example. We had to shop as soon as we arrived.

great week in Bay Head

Lovely huge home a block from the ocean. Enough space for 2 families total of 10 people. kids loved the third floor. completely renovated bathrooms and kitchen . very responsible owner who responds within seconds and is very helpful. close walk to town . this is our second year in a row and we hope to go back again next summer !

Amazing week at the Jersey Shore

I can't say enough good things about our stay. The house is beautiful and spacious and it is one block to the lake and one to the beach. Also just a few blocks to town. We had ample room for our group of 12 (8 adults and 4 kids). I especially loved the kitchen, which was filled with everything you need for a week of cooking lovely dinners, which we enjoyed on the massive porch. The grill was great too (I told my husband we need to get the same one). The house had all the chairs and beach supplies we needed and the host was lovely. We want to come back next summer!

third amazing stay .

This was our third summer in a row and we had a lovely time . home is perfect. close to beach and town , enough space for 3 families a total of 10 people aged 7-86! something fun for everyone to do— and it never feels crowded the house is huge and the wrap around deck is also massive with ample seating for all . laura is amazing when i needed something she answered in minutes and dropped it off within the hour! also laura remembered us and details about our family which is impressive given how many people she must interact with . can’t say enough wonderful things about the host and the home ! i hope to be back for year four next summer .

Great rental for adults and older children

The rental was clean and updated. Had two refrigerators which was nice. The 3rd floor is best if used by avg height adult or children. (Slanted ceiling) has 4 twins ( 1one the floor) and a queen. There is no yard to play so I feel it is better for older children and adults. Town and the lake are close Porch is nice You have to cross Rt 35 to get to the beach. We were there before season, can’t imagine the traffic during season. Traffic is noisy in the bedrooms in the front of the home. We had fun and owner is on top of everything, very pleasant

Great house and great location!

The house is large and kitchen amazing for entertaining. Lots of space. Bedroom beds are tight, 3 full size, 1 queen, 3 singles. It works though! Right across from the beach. Owners are great and easy to work with. Would definitely go back!

Great beach house

Loved our stay here. Inside is redone nicely (including bathrooms) and kitchen is great. So close to the beach- less than 2 blocks. Great beach! Walked to town. Kids had a blast. Only consideration is it is on Main Ave which is quite busy so keep in mind for little kids. Would go back!

And, as founder of the Bay Head Historical Society, I appreciate the architecture and history of this house. It is a very special place.
