Spectacular Bay View - Great for Bird Watching and Dolphin Spotting

Our condo is directly located on the bay where the Sarasota Bay and Anna Maria Sound meet. Sitting on the private balcony, you can watch nature unfold before you. The birds and fish are a constant. The dolphins and manatees are an exciting spot. The generous rooms provide enough space to make you feel comfortable when taking a break from the many available resort and island activities.

Our condo is just a short walk across the street from the beach. making it easy to plan a beach day or a stroll over to see the sunset. You will enjoy the largest saltwater pool on the island, a first-class tennis/pickleball court, and outdoor grills. One feature we love is the kayak launch. There is nothing as calming than kayaking (or paddle boarding) in the bay and listening to the sounds of nature. A dolphin may even come up and surprise you.

The master bedroom has a DreamCloud king bed. The second bedroom is a full bed and a twin rollaway bed (so you can move it if needed). There are two full bathrooms and a master closet. There is also a washer and dryer in the unit. All linens and towels (beach too) are provided. All traditional appliances are also included. Please plan to bring your own toiletries.

We allow one small dog under 25 pounds. This is an association rule and is strictly enforced. We have a 50 pound dog that we need to leave behind so we are as bummed about this rule as anyone. There is a $200 nonrefundable pet deposit.
