NEWLY RENOVATED DESTIN BEACH PARADISE !

This condo is 2nd stack closest to the beach. The boardwalk is completely flat so pulling a wagon of toys is super easy. Beach service (2 beach chairs & an umbrella) are included in your rental. All 3 bathrooms have been renovated. New wood floors were put throughout condo. Brand new appliances, an 18 bottle wine refrigerator & ice maker. Condo easily accommodates 7 people. Master bedroom (en-suite bathroom) has a king bed with a sliding door to access the balcony. Front bedroom has a queen bed & a twin . The bathroom is just outside the bedroom. The 3rd bedroom (en-suite bathroom) also has a king bed. Dining table seats 6 plus a glass top game table can seat 4 more. There is a sliding glass door in den to access the balcony overlooking the beautiful water and sand. You will love hearing the waves. The den has a brand new 65" smart TV, master a brand new 58" smart TV and other 2 bedrooms have wall mounted TVs as well.

We found the condo to be very comfortable. There were 7 of us staying there and we had plenty of room. It was very clean and nicely furnished. Definitely a place where we’d like to stay again.

Great Condo!!

We have stayed at Mainsail, with a lapse of the past 10 years, since 1988 and this was the best condo of all those stays. The renovation was beautiful, made the kitchen area more efficient and the condo felt more open!!! The owner was available and went above and beyond to meet our request for extended stay!!!

Perfect location and view!

This unit is in the perfect location. Right beside the elevator and very close to one of the boardwalks to the beach. It has a fantastic view. Everything you could possibly need is stocked in the kitchen. This is our second year here and we plan to return again.

Perfect home away from home.

This condo is amazing. One of the most well stocked ones we have every stayed in. The view was fantastic. The property was clean and quiet. The only hitch was on the last day when one of the guys that works for the company who sets up the chairs was extremely rude. Other than that it was a perfect vacation!

Our family have stayed in this condo many times. Love the new updates they have done to the condo. Only had a TV problem but who goes to the beach to watch Tv…. Not me!

A+ Accommodations, Communication & Donna thinks of EVERYTHING ❤️

This condo was a dream come true! Donna has thought of everything to make this condo a home away from home! There was plenty of space for 2 families and she was so informative…from information about the induction oven to which Walmart she used for Walmart delivery. The ice maker was broken when we arrived but within 1 day a brand new one was delivered & installed. Also, in past years we stayed in condos that faced the ocean…this one isn’t but the view was still spectacular…we didn’t miss a thing! The boardwalk to the beach was flat and easily accessible! Also, a big plus was that the room was right outside the elevator and trash chute! This is our new favorite condo & we will return! Thanks Donna ❤️

Best condo in Destin

First off, I would like to say that this condo exceeded our expectations. We are super picky and have stayed in an abundance of condos in Destin over the last 30 years. The view is as incredible. This is the second condo from the front, ocean view. All of the appliances, linens and amenities were top notch. There was an actual ice machine and a wine refrigerator, which I have never had in a condo. The ice machine came in handy. We have never stayed in a condo that supplied so many extras like kitchen soap, detergent for the washer, coffee filters, paper towels, lots of toilet paper. Normally you get one pod for the dishwasher and the washing machine. If you’re lucky, one roll of paper towels. This condo supplied us with an abundance of each! There was an enormous amount of pot, pans, dishes, bowls, and everything you could possibly need and more. I honestly think they had more than I had at my house. were super comfortable and normally I haven’t seen that in many places and lots and lots of towels, the owner was very helpful and communicated. Everything we needed to know. We have stayed at Mainsail for years. It is convenient, clean family friendly and we really enjoyed it.

MS 252 = AWESOME

By far the best and nicest condo we have stayed at the last few years going to the beach. Very updated with nice features such as icemaker/bar area, nice size island, quartz countertops, new fridge, etc. Flat screens in each room including the big one in the living area. Patio had a perfect view of the beach & ocean to watch the waves come in. Location of the unit in Mainsail was great as it was right next to elevator and the trash chute. Then at the bottom floor when exiting elevator the beach board walkout is right there. Just super easy. Donna the owner was very accessible as well via text. Next time we come to Destin we will stay at MS 252 again!!!
